A deposit of 3,000 baht will be required upon check-in and will be returned upon check-out.The landlord is very kind and attentive in introducing the environment. The overall house is very clean and tidy. The kitchen equipment is also very complete, and it can be seen that the landlord takes good care of the house.The sheets were also very clean and comfortable.Very suitable accommodation for a family

I stayed here with a friend for about 2 months around December/January 2021/22. The house is excellent and maintained to a high standard. The owner takes a lot of pride in her properties and it shows. Tasteful interior, immaculately clean. For me the selling point was the courtyard and outdoor space. Without even leaving the home you feel you are in a natural place. Good for solo traveler who enjoys some space to themselves and also excellent for families. The neighborhood is very safe with gated access and a guard. There is garbage pickup service every other day which is very convenient. I would recommend to have some transport if you stay here, so a car or motorbike.
