The condo employee spoke very badly. As a woman, we came to check in and showed her the phone and asked what she was doing and had a very bad expression. If you don't have a heart for service, the staff at the counter don't have to come to work. This is very bad. The female employee looks about middle age and has long black hair :(

Condo forensics on the old building side has no service mind. The officers I've met with 2 people already don't speak and make bad expressions. Or because we are not foreigners? Terrible!

24/4/67 Stayed in 4 rooms in April Building. Surprised from the moment I walked in and waited for a room. By the time I got into the room at 2:30 p.m. The cleaning staff downstairs have no manners, shouting and talking. cheer loudlyThe air conditioner didn't turn on, the floor was dirty, the condition of the room was even worse, there was bird droppings, dust all over the room, not clean, musty towels, swimming pool, iron was full of rust. It's like it's not cleaned. Bad environment, bad service, waste of money

I stayed there for 2 nights with my children. We had a lovely experience and enjoyed our time there. Our room was nice and clean and pretty much looked new. The hotel across the street has a great morning breakfast service and a karaoke bar for adults if you're into that kind of stuff. Will absolutely stay there again in the future.

There is a swimming pool and mini slides for children. Beach 300 meters. The room on the 1st floor has access to the pool.There is no service as these are apartments

Excellent new condo, there is a swimming pool for adults and children, but there is no service, no cleaning, no change of towels, bed linen, only for an additional fee, and not a bad one, there are no normal utensils for cooking

This is a very noisy place. Soundproofing doesn't exist and when you stay on the second floor near the pool, you can hear children squealing from inside the bedroom. Clients dragging furniture in the middle of the night, slamming the bathroom door and the toilet seat, this is a bedlam. The staff simply acknowledged the issues but nothing was done.Avoid at all costs.

Room prices are not expensive, rooms according to the price. Not very clean but the room is very spacious

Great for price. Bad point, AC cooler installed directly on balcony, if you are a smoker, be ready for cooking yourself up as it will blow a hot air on you but great as a drying place. I'm a cooked smoker... 🤣

The first year of opening was beautiful. Went to stay later and was disappointed. The towels were very musty. Musty pillowcase Wash without putting perfume at all? Cloudy water swimming pool The pool chair is rusty. Rusted water piled up on the floor and fell into the pool.

Excellent place a little far but to live here in Huahin the price is not bad per month if you get by well you can rent an apartment of 54 M2 for only 800/1000 bath per day it's not bad especially since it's with electricity. Let's imagine that you are a digital nomad and that you want to be stationed in Huahin, there is the beach just behind it, 300 meters away, perfect for kite surfing and a cute restaurant, absolute peace. The owner Rose is great and is an accommodating listener if you know how to talk to her. And the establishment is new. I think I said it all, kisses

The service is good. There is a car to take you to the beach as well. Drop off and pick up. The sandy beach and sea are beautiful.
