A perfect stay: The room was very nice and very clean. Especially the bathroom. The services are great, a little coffee, unlimited bottles of water. Located in a quiet area while having the advantage of being quickly in the center on foot. The best, best quality/price ratio so far in Thailand!

While not the most centrally located hotel, after some exploration you quickly realise there are many great little places nearby to visit such as Hua Hin Fishing Pier. The room is what you would expect for the price, but was clean and spacious.

This is a family business and they have done their diligence to make sure I had everything I needed during my stay. While we had to use a translator a couple of times, I could still feel their hospitality.

Clean rooms, good location. A great fresh seafood eatery, very popular with locals, is located right at the front of the main street. Almost around the corner. There was no traffic to be heard at night. It was generally very quiet in the hostel. Free water, tea and coffee. The free crackers were also delicious. We parked our bikes at the building. Under roof, 24 hour CCTV. Price/performance is definitely right. Gladly again!

Good and simple place to stay,very good wifi signal, diy laudry, diy hot water for hot drink at second floor, you can make free coffee+creamer and for sure free drinking water.

The hotel presents excellent value for money. Very clean and comfortable with facilities you wouldn’t expect for a room so cheap such as strong ac and a fridge.Hosts are friendly and want you to be comfortable - coffee and tea provided.Although not in the centre, there are many excellent places to eat, drink and have a coffee within a few 100 meters. Particularly loved Veggie Tales for vegan food and Black Monster coffee shop for a strong coffee and getting a few hours work done.Do be careful if wandering alone at night I did have a bit of an issue wandering down the soi (away from main road) late with a pack of stray dogs. I came away unharmed though and there was no issues at all the rest of my stay I just didn’t go that way again.All in all an excellent value for money hotel I would have no problems recommending.

Oyo is lovely and meticulously clean. The rooms have air-conditioning and a fridge. The owner is incredibly friendly and he has anticipated any of our needs. When checking out, before we could even ask, he offered us a place to store our luggage so we could spend the last hours before our train weight-free. He offered us tea and pointed us to a bathroom to use after check out before we even asked.On site there is a free coffee station available to the guests and plenty of water bottles. A really outstanding and friendly stay.

The nice owner provides great service. Train station shuttle, coffee, tea and cookies included.The most beautiful beach in the region can be reached in just a few minutes on foot. Nice cheap restaurants just around the corner.

Staying a few days...very clean lovley rooms with everything you need...free tea and coffee at the end of balcony for all guests...really helpful and pleasant owners...few hundred meters to the beach...plenty bars and shops few hundred meters away...10min walk to main town

The room is spacious and clean and has a small balcony to dry clothes. The owner is hospitable and provides good service. Quiet and safe The location is not difficult to find, on Soi Hua Hin 47. There is a restaurant nearby at the entrance of the alley. There is a phone porridge shop (food cooked to order) in the evening. Small school but considered ok.

This small hotel is on a soi with some unfriendly dogs. The part of garage used as the laundry corner is in disarray. Room was fine, though nothing extraordinary. 20 min walk to the night market.
