We had a fantastic stay at Montra Bungalows and only wish we could have stayed longer! The rooms are cosy and clean and Pascal was extremely welcoming and helpful booking a day trip for us with zero hassle. We also used the available mopeds and made the most of the delicious breakfasts. Couldn’t recommend more for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

We spent 10 wonderful days in this very clean, quiet and lovingly managed facility. The interaction is familiar and Pascal and Kweng always supported us with advice and support. The hammock is a hit and there was nothing else to complain about. The bread as well as the jam and the cheese, all made in-house, are very fine. We didn't miss anything and the beach is a 2-minute walk from the complex. Thank you, we will definitely come back!

Very professional and uncomplicated stay. Pascal and Gwang are very helpful and welcoming. They can arrange excursions, transport and motorbike rental. They give good advice on dining options and places to visit.We are a family of 4. We felt very welcome during our stay and there was room for children.You get a lot for your money when you live here.I can't think of anything bad about this stay.

Dear Pascal, dear Kwang, dear Nut & Siniin.We were able to spend 17 days with you in a warm and familiar atmosphere. Hospitality and helpfulness are your top priorities. You spoiled us for breakfast with the finest coffee, delicious scrambled eggs, cold roasts, fresh fruit, plus wonderful home-baked bread and homemade jam made from regional fruit every day. A delicacy is the in-house nut and chocolate spread.We really enjoyed the choice of traditional Thai or Bavarian cuisine for dinner in quiet company on the rooftop. So we were able to end the day relaxing.The clean and lovingly maintained bungalow complex invites you to linger, which is why we extended our stay twice. We spent 5 days in the middle of the jungle in a pretty bamboo bungalow! Pascal is a helpful person and always in a good mood. I spent a week in this small, very personally run resort on Long Beach. With the committed owner couple Pascal and Kwang I felt very comfortable and also safe, which was important to me as a woman traveling alone. The beautiful garden and the classic bamboo/wooden bungalows are very well maintained and clean. It is quiet and just a 3 minute walk to the beach, where there is plenty of space and lots of nice beach restaurants and great places to enjoy the sunset.Pascal attaches great importance to good food and, upon request, offers breakfast and dinner (Bavarian cuisine or authentic Thai cuisine) in high quality including homemade bread, jam and cheese. A real highlight. The many tips on site and support when booking arrival/departure are also worth a lot. I can also highly recommend the Thai massage from Kwang on the quiet roof terrace. We were guests of another accommodation and waited for our transfer in front of the Montra Long Beach Bungalows. When he didn't show up for a long time, Pascal, the host, offered us a coffee on his terrace. He then helped us contact the transport company's hotline with the help of his Thai wife and organized a new transfer to Krabi for us when it turned out that the service we had originally booked would probably no longer show up. Pascal and his wife were very helpful and friendly and really helped us out in the stupid situation, even though we weren't guests at their accommodation, so we definitely recommend them both!

Accommodation with a great location for the beach. There is also a gym nearby, a 5-minute walk away. The service from Pascal and his team was excellent. They were always there to help us with every issue and question. He didn't miss the opportunity to drive us to the pier at 7 a.m. in the morning. In the evening they prepared delicious fish for us. In my opinion the best I had eaten in Thailand. Thank you for your time!

We loved this place.First of all, the welcome from Pascal and his team is the best we have ever had in Thailand.The bungalows are comfortable and you could switch off.The location is very good, a bit out of the way.The breakfast is phenomenal and in general the food is fantastic!Pascal was helpful at all times and we were able to just let ourselves go.100% recommendation and we would be happy to come back.

Spending a week here on Koh Lanta in the Montra Long Beach Bungalows with Kalle and Kwang was an absolute dream! You quickly feel at home and can come to them with any questions. You can also rent a scooter and, if you want, they can also book excursions for you. They can also organize a transfer to the airport for you or, if you are short on flights, they also offer their own taxi service. The oil Thai massage I received from Kwang was the best I have received in my 26 years of life. The food (breakfast, dinner or even coffee and cake) is a dream! A lot of things, such as bread, mozzarella, cakes and more, are made by Kalle himself. You can relax in the hammock in front of the bungalow or on the communal terrace and you can also reach the beach within 3 minutes. All in all, highly recommended! No wonder there are many repeat offenders! :) By the way, we recommend booking directly via the website or contacting Kalle. This is cheaper and you can arrange everything in person!

My sister and I have been with Pascal and Kwang for 7 days now and really enjoyed it. Kalle and I know each other from our youth in Germany and it was remarkable what he created from the area in a very short time. For me it was super practical and at the same time more affordable to book directly with Kalle!!! 👍I had Kwang give me a massage every day and the lightness returned to my body! 😅What relaxed me the most was the family atmosphere. ❤️While you're here, Pascal can give you tour tips and Kwang can also book it directly for you. This is very relaxing!If you want a manicure, pedicure or eyelash extensions, just ask. Kwang had a good connection for me ☺️Hopefully that wasn't the last time. Hope to see you soon!Thanks again for the lovely, relaxing time!

Wow, just wow!!!We stayed with Kwang and Pascal for 11 nights and it was wonderful.The facility is clean and well maintained, the bungalow was comfortable, the mattress was great for sleeping and only a minute's walk to Long Beach!You can relax on the terrace or you can book and enjoy a massage with Kwang (also 5* for the massage)But the absolute highlight is the food!!!Regardless of whether it's breakfast (homemade bread, homemade jams, cheese, ham, eggs and so on) lunch or dinner (e.g. Thai food, burgers, roast pork, goulash, Kaiserschmarrn, etc.)Kwang and Pascal are absolute tops in the kitchen and every meal is a pleasure!We really enjoyed being in Montra and will definitely come back!Update September 2023This time 9 nights...no loss of quality!Everything was great...Everything was clean...Everything was tasty...Everything was wonderful!!!Simply 100% recommendedThank you very much for everything...see you soon 😀

Hello guys, I have now spent 1 week with Pascal and Kwang as well as the dog Sinin and Weißwurst (baby dog). It was a really great time! Above all, you have a German and a Thai woman at your side who really know everything about Thailand and are totally hospitable! The food, breakfast and dinner were homemade every day, I emphasize “really homemade!” and served fresh! Both German and Thai food. I can sleep comfortably here every day on my bamboo bed with a soft mattress and mosquito net without mosquito bites. The absolute favorite is the Thai massage from Kwang!!! Absolutely bomb! After 1-3 times you just feel completely relaxed while listening to the sound of the sea. The location is great! You walk 100 meters to the beach and 300 meters further you have the first supermarket on the main street. It's also not far to the pharmacy, the barber and the tattoo artist (who is highly recommended). The bungalow village itself with 10 houses is located on a quiet side street. Here you have peace and quiet!

Heartily recommended!With their open nature, Pascal and Kwang welcomed us openly and we immediately felt at home. The food is completely homemade; baked bread, homemade cooked ham, mozzarella, spreads and everything you could wish for. The proximity to the beach is optimal.At the end we had a short cooking class.Really highly recommended!
