Alessia & Jojo & and their son Aurelio are such lovely hosts! I had a very nice and very basic bamboo hut with bathroom which was all I needed.Great place for anyone who is travelling alone, it is just 2 minutes walk from the beach and from all sorts of bars and restaurant but yet quiet enough with ear plugs because it is far away enough from all the buzz.

Simple accommodation, bamboo huts with own sanitary facilities, necessary facilities. A short walk to the beach, free drinking water and fruit. A great little shop with a restaurant for breakfast. Lots of restaurants around.Willing owner.

Awesome place. 20 meters from the beach. JoJo is amazing. Free fruits and exceptional friendly atmosphere. Loved it. Highly highly recommended.

The place is wonderful. The owner very friendly! Perfect location.. Too bad the mosquitoes. Very spartan as a place, the dormitory is always open in several places. And that doesn't help unfortunately. I ran away because of mosquito bites everywhere: in the morning my face was completely swollen and covered in mosquitoes. Really unfortunate

The other reviewers are right: Aule is such a laid-back, welcoming hostel! Jojo, the proprietor, is very kind, and he regularly checked in on us. The location is a minute away from the beach and two minutes from the main road.

Great value for the money. Located so close to the beach (not more than 50 meters). Clean simple bamboo huts. Nice relaxed atmosphere and friendly people. Possibility to re-fill wather bottles and some fruits for free to share with other guests. I loved It. It is a good place for younger guests and backpackers.
