The price is small, but repairs are definitely needed, during the day, like everywhere else, the air conditioning is turned off, the condition of the hostel is terrible, it used to be a good place, there were a lot of vacationers, now there is almost no one in the hostel.

The cleanliness of the bathrooms and rooms needs to be reviewed a bit... but otherwise everything is perfect. I stayed here for almost a month and would come back every time to see their smiles.Thank you immensely. ❤️🫶🏼Licja, Italy

Unsanitary room, we had booked for 4 nights but had to leave before because our room was infested with cockroaches, in the bathroom but also on the bed. I don't recommend this place.

A good place. 150 baht per bed in a hostel. The room has air conditioning. Shower with hot water.I used the refrigerator in the kitchen and warmed up my breakfasts from 7-11 on the gas stove, it's cool. In a restaurant, 5 meters away, they poured boiling water for me for tea for free, since this is one company.Excellent beach about 70 meters away.There are many restaurants a few meters away, food there is more expensive than on the mainland. Fried rice with shrimp 100 baht.7-Eleven is 1.5 km away, I often walked there, great for health.There is a minimart 5 meters away, with a minimum range of goods.In the same hostel I rented a motorbike for 3 days at 150 baht per day, an excellent price. I didn’t need it for more than 3 days; there was nowhere to go.The same hostel offers excursions to any location. Seems to be the cheapest on the island. I don’t know, I didn’t compare, the neighbor said.Phi Phi 800 baht round trip.Phangan 1000 baht.From time to time there are musical blasts until midnight and Muaythai fights, but this did not bother me too much.One minus is mosquitoes. The toilet is open, there they breed in the moisture, and the door to the toilet has a huge gap at the bottom, from there they fly in in unlimited quantities. Therefore, just apply mosquito repellent every night.Well, maybe the owners will pay attention to this problem and seal the gap.I highly recommend this place, awesome.

We had a wonderful stay at Chill Chill Long Beach Hostel. The owners were very nice and accomodating! Room offers shower and toilets. Good location right next to the beach and walking distance to minimart.

Cant really beat the price of THB 250 per night for a private bungalow.The bungalow is BASIC with a bed, a fan and the toilet (wc and shower- no sink)- please note there is no door between the bed and the toilet, this makes it ideal for 1 person.The beach is less that 5 min walk away and you have everything you need nearby (supermarkets, restaurants, bars..).

It was so noisy and unkept. Horrible service as well. Not recommended. All that me and my fiance were looking for is decent enough service, that's all. There was also repulsive insects in our room too! Don't waste your money on this dive.

Very nice hostel, nice crowd and great atmosphere! BUT I got dengue fever same as ca eight other people who stayed there, spent a week in hospital and the stuff played down the gravity of dengue,said you would stay three days in hospital and it would be fine which it's not, I struggled several month with the consequences of dengue. So be careful

I got dengue fever after staying here, as did many others. Ended up in hospital for 4 days. Be wary of mosquitos if you are planning on staying.

Great hostel with a very fun atmosphere. Matt and the staff are great and always finding fun activities for everyone. Located just few steps to the beach for amazing sunsets. Highly recommend!

The Chill Out House quickly became my home away from home, and the owners and guests became my family away from family. Welcoming environment that makes you feel comfortable and relaxed right away and at all times. Can't wait to return to Koh Lanta, more excited to come back to Chill Out House!

Very nice common area, social atmosphere and bar. It is a nice place to hang out and meet people. In addition to that the hostel arranges stuff almost everyday. Living there however can be a little frustrating. The shower barely works, the toilets and showers are shared among all of those who live there, and the nets aren't completely bug free and I felt a little hot on the second floor. It's nice for a couple of days, but I would need a little more luxury in the long run. Loved the people though!

simply perfect. if you want to go meet a whole hostel full of like minded people who are more than happy to chat about every topic under the sun with whoever walks in then go here. Watching the sunset every night with everyone in the hostel was a huge highlight. big love chill out house!!!
