We traveled across Thailand for 3 weeks and this hotel was the absolute highlight when it came to accommodation. It's very harmonious and you just feel comfortable there. Again and again! The staff is extremely friendly, there are dogs and cats. The restaurant is amazing! Everything is perfect, nothing more to say. ThanksPs. There is a cooking class on site.In the room there is a microwave, TV, kettle and it is very clean

The "homestay" part of the name is a bit misleading. The 3 rooms are a side business of the restaurant. As such, the staff is very nice but focused on the restaurant, not the hotel. We also never met the owners, so we aren't sure who is actually living in the "homestay". If you've done homestays in Vietnam or Indonesia, this will be a very different experience.Rooms are brand new which is nice. Wifi is absolutely useless, I had to use 5G for all 4 days we were here. I thought this was an island problem, but wifi was excellent everywhere else, so this is a problem unique to this location.Beds are very comfortable. Staff is friendly. Dogs are cool.The location wasn't great for us. There's not much in walking distance. Our second hotel near Klong Klong beach was much better, with local food and local beaches.

We had 3 nights in this homestay and after one night we liked it so much that we made booking for another 5 nights. The owner is very kind, helpful. There is possibility to clean the room, they changes our bedsheets when we asked for it, fresh towels. We dont have any photos of room, but photos from booking and google reflect reality. The localization is also perfect. There is The Garder Restaurant, just when you go out of the room, where we ate each meal everyday, delicious and fresh. Don't be afraid that restaurant can give smell or noise, there is really quiet and peacefull, it didnt disturb during our stay. We could ask for early breakfasts (before restaurant open) for our trips and also for sandwiches to take away for long trip. We really recommend this hote and stuff!

The perfect accommodation on Koh Lanta!!! The owners and staff are so friendly and accommodating! We initially booked a week here and extended it for another week on the third day because we just feel so comfortable! The whole thing is unbeatable in terms of price. Everything was prepared with great attention to detail.

Superb place to stay on Koh Lanta, the owner was a genuinely lovely guy and so were all the rest of the staff, the restaurant was super yummy but also very affordable and the location was great. The rooms are brand new and very clean with a lovely bathroom. I can’t fault the place and would have stayed longer if I could have.

Wonderful accommodation with the most hospitable hosts. They cannot do enough for you and always greet you with a smile and a kind chat! Two beautiful, friendly “receptionist” dogs brighten your stay and the restaurant attached does amazing food!
