We had perfect stay here! Surrounded by nature, calm and quiet place. Rooms are very clean and comfortable - all you need is in the room AC, hot water, fridge, toaster and kettle. The owner is the sweetest and kindest person, be sure he will try to help you in any matter.Place is little bit inland from the main road, but still close to everything. 7Eleven and restaurants are 5mins away. Highly recommend!

I would like to thank the owner one more time for calling the van company for us when our booked van to Krabi didnt come and even taking us with scooter to the van! Big thank you! The owner is really lovely nice person and this accomodation is really peaceful and has everthing you need. Already planning the next visit on Koh Lanta and will definitely stay here again. 100% recommended!

It's a very peaceful, green-filled place. I stayed in a bungalow, and looking at the sky with the green in my room makes me feel peaceful. The bed is comfortable, and the interior is clean. There are many animals, too. I saw a rare cat with a raccoon tail that only lives on the island. You can even touch a cute baby cow right in front. For me, a vegan who loves animals, it was a great place. The owner, Mr. Nen, is very sincere and takes care of any inconveniences right away. he is the kindest person I've ever met in Lanta.

Love the peacefulness of this place. Very clean and the host is a lovely man who helps in whatever you need. I would definitely come back and stay for at least 2 weeks if possible.The only thing: it is quite far from the main road, so you need to rent a motorbike but the owner rents them at a great price.Thank you so much, we really enjoyed, it has been the best island and the best place to stay in our trip to Thailand.

Stayed 4 nights in December family of 5 in 3 separate bungalows. Had an amazing time the location was perfect and accommodation lovely for the price. The host Nen is a great guy goes out of his way to help you anyway he can. Hopefully we return again

Very kind host. The rooms where clean and modern with ac. The place is quiet but you are very fast at the beacht. You can rent scooters directly from the lanta happy house.We can warmly recommend to stay here for some nights. ☺️

This place is a bit off the road, but you will most probably rent a bike to get around the island anyways. And the distance makes it extra quiet. Although nature can also get pretty loud. Rooms are spacious and clean. The bed is also big and has a firm mattress. AC works very well. Bathroom is big and clean as well. You have a little terrace nicely separated by some bushes also shade spending trees are planted in front of the bungalows. I can however not give 5 stars, because of a bad smell in my room (the cat I guess). Also my room hasn’t been cleaned during my stay of 4 nights.

Simple room and bungalow offering the necessary comfort. It is a quiet place where you can quickly feel at home. Located in the middle of the forest, the place is relaxing and 10 minutes walk from the main road where you will find all the shops and restaurants. Nen the owner is warm and can get you everything you need. We recommend !!

Nen was very welcoming and would do anything for his guests! A low key, tranquil setting, a 5 minute walk from restaurants and shops, 10 mins to the beach. Highly recommend.

If you want to feel at home and on vacation at the same time this is the place for you. Nen is the most attentive and caring host you could ever imagine. Was only going to stay for a couple nights and ended up staying for a week. The location is not far from the main road yet secluded and quiet at the same time (definitely recommend renting a motorbike which Nen will accommodate if he has one available). He even hosted a bbq for all his guest one night. The atmosphere here is like no other. Will definitely be back!!Oh and you will surely meet the sweetest little angel named Gandalf the white 😻 (he likes treats and cat food from 7/11)

Was supposed to stay 3 nights and ended up staying 30. The owner Nen is incredible, will do anything to make his guests happy. Bungalows are so cute, and the price cannot be beat. Nen will help you book Ferry's, trips, visa runs, etc. I woke up late for my taxi pick up to leave the island, and I didn't want to keep the others waiting so I hopped on without getting to say goodbye to Nen. Nen hopped on a motorbike and chased down the taxi to say goodbye to me! It was so sweet. I will be back, no doubt about that. Thank you so much Nen

The owner Nen is the best!!! He is unbelievable kind and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay at Lanta happy house and I will definitely come back again the apartment I had was also just amazing I felt very welcomed and home. Thank you for the nice bbq that you organized for us and just for everything 🙏🏽

The name says it all! We spent a total of 5 weeks in this wonderful accommodation and were sad to leave. Nen is a great host who is happy to fulfill your every wish and even regularly offers BBQ evenings for his guests.The 3 rooms and 2 bungalows are very spacious and equipped with air conditioning, a refrigerator, a kettle, a toaster and a comfortable bed. The bathroom with hot water shower is very modern and western in design. The terrace invites you to linger (there are now even hammocks there).Big plus: There is unlimited free drinking water to refill.Changing towels, emptying trash cans and cleaning only take place on request, which was completely fine for us.Since the complex only has 5 rooms, the atmosphere is very familiar and pleasant. The Lanta Happy House is about 10 minutes walk from the main street, supermarkets and very good restaurants. The Beautful Beach is about 15-20 minutes walk away. We had booked for 1 week and extended for another 2.5 weeks on the first day. In total we were there for 3.5 weeks.I do not know where to start…The Happy Lanta House is an oasis of well-being. A place surrounded by the green of the jungle. We felt very comfortable from the first second. Here we were able to switch off completely and forget the everyday stress around us.Nen, who runs the Happy Lanta House, is an absolute man of hearts. He helps with every little thing when you need help. For example, he will organize a scooter for you or take care of the transport.The rooms are spacious and have plenty of space to unpack your backpack. There is a fridge, kettle and toaster. Perfect for making yourself a delicious breakfast in the morning. If you ask Nen, you can also get plates and bowls. :)Once a week he invites the accommodation to share a fish or beef BBQ. Everyone sits together, eats and laughs together. They were wonderful evenings.There is free water available to everyone, which you can take from a canister.You can reach the beach in just a few minutes by scooter. We had the most beautiful sunsets there. 7/11 is right in front of the street. Markets with fresh fruit and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. So a perfect place to get anywhere quickly.We miss Happy Lanta House very much and can't wait to watch Nen again sometime.We can highly recommend this accommodation and would choose it over any other.We wish Nen only the best!

Everything you need, right next to the forest. Animals can be a bit loud if you're not a heavy sleeper. The host is really helpful and nice, helps with laundry, organizes well-priced tours, has scooters for rent.

Spacious room, large fridge and very efficient air conditioning, hair dryer, kettle, toaster, coffee and free water.Nen is a wonderful person, very helpful and offers very attractive prices compared to other hotels.Possibility to rent scooter, bike, excursion and airport transfer at lower prices.He organized a fish, potato, vegetable and fruit bbq for us that he bought on the market, delicious.Thank you again nen for your kindness, we had a very good stay.
