The sister at the counter communicated fluently in English and had no problem answering many of my questions enthusiastically. It's a short walk from the downtown area, but the house prices are cheap and affordable, so it's acceptable. However, the air conditioner in the room will suddenly stop running, and after a while it will blow out cold air like crazy, which makes people feel uncomfortable. The bathroom may be inherently poorly designed, and the shower area drains smoothly, but as long as it splashes outside, the puddles on the ground will not automatically flow away.But the enthusiasm of the sister at the counter surpassed everything else.

We went in may,Not up to the hype except for the location if you go with family.May be if you are in a bachelor trip within a budget may be this hotel works for you.And 10 min walk from patong beach.you can get a better hotel for this room rent in this same area.Very near to road.

Stayed for three nights and had an excellent experience. The staff was incredibly cooperative and polite, always ready to help with any request. The hotel was spotless, with the room cleaned and organized daily, and fresh toiletries provided. The room size was decent for the price, well-lit, and featured a comfortable balcony. The hotel's location was perfect, close to Bangla Road and Patong Beach. Nearby, there was a 7/11 store and numerous street food vendors offering delicious and affordable options. Drinking water (two bottles) was refilled every day in the freezer provided. Although a locker was available, it was never used. The room also had a small electric kettle for hot water. The water pressure in the shower and bathroom was excellent.Although the checkout time is 12 noon, had to check out in the morning at around 8:30 AM for a James Bond Island tour and wouldn’t be back early enough for the 12 PM checkout. The hotel provided luggage storage and a lounge area, which was very helpful. The luggage was stored safely, albeit in an open lounge area, and it was even possible to use the washroom to freshen up in the evening after returning from the tour. Overall, this hotel provided excellent value for money and is highly recommended.

I stayed here for 9 days while in Phuket. The location was perfect and quiet and I could walk everywhere in Patong easily. Also there were many cheap restaurants nearby. The staff were all friendly and the cleaning girls did a great job. My room was spotless and had a balcony and good wifi.

Stayed here for 5 nights for SGD87 in May 2024. Room was clean and they provided me with two bottles of water everyday. The staff is aldo very helpful, they arranged airport transfer, phi phi island tour and reserved a space for me to park my car. They are also very friendly and provided me with beach towel. Safe location and 24 hours reception.

A best place to hangout if you want it to be under budget and just 10mins walking distance from Patong Beach. Loved the hospitality, environment. The employees are super nice with the cleanest room. The hotel offers you the best location filled with amazing cafe’s, Bar, Hotels and all of things that makes your stay easier.

Pretty central location so that’s a good starting point. The rooms are a little tired looking and my view at least wasn’t great unless you’re a fan of concrete and air conditioner units. The bathroom was clean but also a little basic. But overall not too shabby.

Overall, our experience at this hotel was disappointing. Despite the appealing photos, the reality was far from modern and stylish; instead, it was run-down and dirty. Our superior room lacked basic amenities like a headboard and was poorly maintained, with cobwebs and spiders in unexpected places. Despite attempting to upgrade, other rooms were also unsatisfactory, with issues like lizard infestations and exposed pipes. Limited towel provision and a persistent sewage smell in the bathroom added to the discomfort. While the air conditioning in the rooms provided some relief, the overall heat in the corridors and lobby was unbearable- even nauseating. Although conveniently located, the noise from traffic and neighboring rooms disrupted our sleep significantly. The managers service however was impeccable and she was very understanding and kind throughout our room issues. In summary, this was one of the most unpleasant stays I've experienced.

Clean accommodation, no musty smell, 24 hour reception. I lost my AirPod (even though we don't know if it was lost at the hotel or not) so I contacted the hotel to find it for you. The hotel tried to find it for us until we found it. Then Mr. Bell sent it back to Krabi. Really impressed Next time will definitely come back and stay here again.

Little far from the happening Patong beach.Room AC did not work as expected. When asked to get it fixed, they said they got it checked with the technician in our absence. But still it didn't work properly.We were asked to submit the room keys at the reception while going out for island tour or city tour. Which is a little concerning as our luggage is already in the room.Their tour prices are inflated as compared to market price.Toiletries were low quality.This hotel is only okay for people who want to stay near to patong beach area for cheap prices without much facilities.
