The rooms are spacious, the beds are soft, the air conditioners in some rooms are slow to cool, rooms 108,109 the air conditioners are not very cool.The bathroom is clean, with soap, shampoo, towels, head towels, and a hair dryer.Everything that is needed The hotel has them all.The employees and managers take care of us very well, like family members.There is a rooftop for small parties to sit and eat.Parking: You can park in front of the resort. There are no umbrellas.

We stayed for 4 days and had an amazing experience. The hosts and all the workers are lovely and very helpful. It's in a great location, very peaceful but also close to the beach, and the whole resort is beautiful!! Highly recommend, we loved it!

Very friendly landlord and staff. The facility is located on a hill away from the road. Nevertheless, a 7/11 and various restaurants nearby are within walking distance (300m). If you're looking for peace and quiet but don't want to be far away, you're in good hands here. Would stay here again at any time 🙏🙏

Beautiful hotel with private rooftop terrace that views the ocean. Stunning pool views from every little private house. Nati and all the staff were so kind and welcoming. The breakfast is lovely and you dine on rooftop terrace that is straight out of a romantic novel. I loved the vibe of this place. You can tell a lot of thought and care has gone into the details. We used their on site scooter rental, laundry service and they arranged our transport and ferry out of koh lanta. How can anyone have anything bad to say?

Great boutique resort. Stayed here for one week and did not want to leave. The resort area is well maintained and beautifully designed. The manager is so helpful and responsive to any questions you may have. The cleaning staff are friendly and keep the rooms clean and fresh. The roof terrace is a great spot to relax and watch the sunset. The breakfast was also a treat. Will definitely return. Thank you.

Nice hotel as long as you don't have a problem or have a different opinion.There was a disagreement about whether we should pay for a broken pool duck. The owners immediately became loud when we didn't want to pay. When that wasn't enough, the owner wanted to hit me, which fortunately his wife was able to prevent. This behavior could also be observed before by other guests.The laundry service is quick, but 3 shirts were extremely damaged. It's better to use a laundry outside.The breakfast is delicious, the staff who prepare it fresh are very nice.The pool is nice and is also maintained and cleaned. The dark tiles make it very hot in the afternoon and animals that fall in are very difficult to see. The tiles are also very sharp, both my daughter and I cut ourselves several times, so you should be very careful when transitioning into deep areas.The transfer booked through the hotel was great and even had a child seat for our baby. That was really great.The bungalows have a roof terrace with a great view of the sunset. Inside, the rooms are a bit shabby. The bathrooms in particular are old, the shower hose is only for people under 160cm. And there are lots of ants and cockroaches in the room.

The owner of this place is so kind and helpful and made our trip truly memorable!We had an issue with the first room we were assigned, and he was quick to switch us to a different one. He helped us book all of our tours, airport transfer shuttles, and even let us borrow the property’s private scooters when they were in short supply from other rental agencies.The breakfast food was great, and the pool was very clean and wonderful. It is a short walk up from the main road/beach, but we didn’t have any issue with that - the location is very quiet and peaceful.

I truly enjoyed my time with the resort. The owner is very meticulous and caring, going the extra mile for our requests. This included preparing breakfast earlier for us as we had to leave to dive early, and arranging scooters for us daily. She is also pleasant to chat with. The resort itself is clean and charming, with plenty of space to relax.There is very conveniently a 7-11 300m away.I will definitely stay with Chalaroste again when I am in Lanta.Only downside is the many mosquitoes and ants but that's to be expected on a tropical island. Mosquito coils were provided to ward off insects.

A very nice resort with limited room surrounded a pool. Just beware that the pool height is about 5ft, so do ready the floats if you plan to let your kids swimming.You can rent bikes with the owner to ride around Koh Lanta island.There is a 7-11 shop right at the entrance of the junction located about 2-4min walking distance.

We stayed on 3-5 January '24. First time ever coming here. The place to stay looks quiet. quite private The rooms are comfortable. Breakfast is appropriate and perfect. The staff provide good service. We hope to come back to use the service again next time. Thank you K.Khatip for the warm welcome and Khun Mai for sending us home warmly. And thank you for nice souvenirs.

Had an amazing time at Chalaroste Lanta - the staff were so nice and helpful especially when it came to transport and tour bookings! Best staff experience we've had in Thailand thus far.Loved the pool - very well made, and super relaxing. The rooms were also really clean and comfortable.Overall, its one of the best locations we've been to - could not recommend it more!

The best place ever!!We booked 3 nights but stayed 5 because it was to nice to leave. Great apartments. Lovely swimming pool for a dive. Location is excellent as you can see the ocean from your PRIVATE rooftop👌👌 but stay in nature as it is a little walk from the main road. The best part of this place are the owners. Never met such kind and helping people during a trip. I wish them great business and if we ever return we will definitely stay here!PS : rent your scooter here also as well book your day trips. You get it for a really good price and everything is arranged perfectly.
