Rooms are big and space. Pool was cleand every day. Beach is just 100 meters away.

The hotel has everything you need (motorcycle rental, laundry, different activities,...) and is well located.However, the cleaning is disastrous. The room was not very clean at first, but when you request daily room service, the only thing they do is stretch the sheet in a bad way. They don't change them, they don't clean the bathrooms (we had a dirty sink from the moment we arrived until we left, with an olive pit and dirt) and they didn't change our towels. It occurred to us to look under the bed and a broom/mop hadn't been used there in a long time.Also, the first day we didn't have hot water, it was 8:30 p.m. and they told us that they couldn't do anything until the next day.Another day, they cut off our water directly.It should be noted that to close the door it was a latch with a padlock and it did not close very well. Otherwise, everything was correct, a very nice exterior and the pool very well maintained.

We stayed next to the swimming pool. It was quite, familiar, clean rooms and daily service. Cheap Bike to rent. The best part was the amazing receptionist In, that had solutions for all our problems, was always there for a laugh and took good care of us. Staying in Koh Lanta was worth it, because of this beautiful experience. It was a blast, and i would definitely recommend this excepcional stay.Laundry service, help for tours, transport, phone repair

Overall ok:POSITIVE - The resort is conveniently located between restaurants and bars, both on the road and (after a short walk) on the beach. The rooms were large and clean, there was seating and a clothesline in front of the rooms. Scooter rental is available (200/250 baht per day depending on the machine). The reception staff were very friendly and spoke good English. The pool was clean and refreshing in temperature, with sun loungers. An unassuming cat lives in the resort and was happy to receive attention.NEGATIVE - The individual bungalows are lined up quite closely together and the many rooms around the pool gave the whole thing a bit of a cheap motel feeling. The whole thing was also quite noisy and the rooms were quite dark, at least if you didn't want to be watched all day (this could be improved with privacy films on the lower window). There was hardly any equipment in the kitchen: dishes for eating, a pan and a cutting board, but we didn't even have a knife. The bathroom smelled musty and was pretty run down, but the shower worked well, with hot water and sufficient water pressure (of course - as is often the case in Thailand - the entire bathroom is under water when you shower). Unfortunately there were a lot of ants living at the pool. The rental scooters all had some sort of problem: sometimes the speedometer didn't work, sometimes the fuel gauge, the indicators, the seats were wobbly or more. Maybe we were a little spoiled by our previous accommodation, but we wouldn't book the resort again.

Low buget hotel, everything clean, staff super friendly, laundry cheap and well located for driving to either the north or the south. Breakfast okay, but there are many restaurants and cafes nearby as well as a minimart. Beach is very close. A good hotel.

Great place to stay. 2mins from the beach, Great pool. Lovely friendly staff... Great price!! Only downside was the WiFi wasn't very reliable.Would fully recommend!!

The atmosphere is very good. The sea is close by, you can walk to swim, the rooms are beautiful, clean, the staff are good and friendly.
