Accommodation for a long-term business trip in Chiang Mai, the best location close to the city and the airport, spacious and comfortable accommodation, and especially the cafe at the swimming pool, the coffee was great and the owner was very friendly.

This hotel is located about 20 minutes from the airport. Very convenient location. Rooms are spacious and clean. Good for family or business trips.

The swimming pool is very big.

The room is clean and has everything. The room is not very spacious. The decoration is cute.

My friend recommend me this place. Big disappointment.We came here around midnight, late check-in , everything is so struggle.- No welcome staff, No maid standing by, Only one guard and handyman welcome us-We asked for extra blanket and extra. But not available- No toiletries provided.- We stayed at building 3. Everything is so dark.- Security guard have to turn the light on for us. But it give us the creepy feeling with no light at hallway already.- This building and the room seem to be very old like 10 years already. Must be used heavily and no renovation after covid.- Security guard try to find the blanket and pillow for us. This is what we get. Sofa pillow (without cover) Blanket (without cover again) towel.- This is for all first experience that we met no bias at all. But this is my worst experience in Chiangmai about hotel.- there will be more update about the facility tomorrow.We confirm that this review is true. There is no intention to slander or tell lies in any way.Our friends recommended this place. I saw the picture and it was beautiful.- The first is feelings. Feeling very disappointed. The points below are all the facts that we encountered.-We travel with 2 children and 4 adults.-I would like to stay for 2 nights during the long holiday and intend to come to worship and make merit.-Arrived here at midnight. (Friday night 3)- The officer left the key with the security guard and got the key.- Documents have been xeroxed for your stay. and intended to pay for the accommodation the next day (Because I want to use a credit card and the financial officer is not available)- The building we stayed in is called Building 3. It's not as new as the picture.- Take the elevator to the 4th floor. The whole floor is dark. Can't find the room without turning on the flashlight We traveled with children. So fear arose. As a result, children cannot sleep. (Security guard. Go down and open it later)- The room reserved is a single room, very spacious, approximately 30 sq m. However, it is not new like the picture. and smells like food- We asked for additional blankets because there were children staying with us. and asked for additional pillows as well (There are 2 sheets prepared, 2 pieces per room)- The security guard informed that there were no more employees. (The housekeeper had gone back) so he found blankets, towels, and pillows, which were cushions. no pillowcase No blanket cover- Room condition looks like it has been heavily used. The age of the room is about 10 years old. The air conditioner is old but looks clean and noisy.- The bathroom is clean. There are no toothbrushes, soap, shampoo. Hair was not washed because there was no hair dryer provided.- The bedroom has a well-made bed. There are 2 pillows, no extras. Must use cushions There is no additional cover provided.- Swimming pool, which is probably the selling point of this place. But it probably won't have any benefit because the PM 2.5 value is very high. You shouldn't do any outdoor activities. In short, it won't work anyway.

Condo style room. I give 5 stars here.

Amazing staff amazing facilities

The place is beautiful, clean, spacious, the atmosphere in the room is in perfect proportions, and the service is excellent.The staff are welcoming.
