Staff were friendly, but don't speak any English , location down a muddy lane harassed by the neighbours dog, wasn't what I expected for the money, previously stayed in a cheap hotel ko larne was nicer, supplied a scooter which was nice ,breakfast was usual thai breakfast not really edible, room decor finishes quality poor , on a positive overlooking the sea, however when we were there water was murky ,and place looks dirty definitely won't be back ,as for service when booking in asked if someone could help with tv as no Internet, no English ,no assistance, disappointing.

Pros:- This small guest house has probably the most unique sea view amongst all similar places on Koh Larn. If bathing in the small private pool while gazing at Pattaya lights while hearing the sound of waves is your thing, it is definitely worth it. Or simply sit on the bed and watch the sea outside, without anyone having sight onto you. Fascinating.- Nice welcome drink, breakfast served on a floating tray (although having breakfast while being in the pool doesn't sound the best idea to me...).- Kind staff, easy communication (in English) via Line, even through a cumbersome booking process;- Free transfer to the pier;- Motorbike included in the price;- Cozy bed, good bluetooth sound speaker;- Quiet environment, you only hear the sound of the sea (which can be loud).Cons:- Until now, the house doesn't process payment with credit card, so if you don't have a Thai bank account, the booking procedure (via international bank transfer) can be very long and costly, even quite stressful both for you and the owner;- The overall price is expensive and there is a no-cancellation policy;- The rooms are not very big and there is no door between the bedroom and the bathroom (only a curtain made of ropes), which means that the toilet is almost inside the bedroom... What about number 2? Luckily, there is a common toilet outside (which is also a broom closet, not very appealing);- The pool's water is surprisingly cold (probably rarely exposed to the sun);- If you have noisy neighbours, you will hear them.Overall, it was a valuable experience.

The room is clean, there is a welcome drink and cake. The cake is delicious. The bed is soft and comfortable. Waking up this morning to see this view is heart melting.
