Dishonesty and bad faith.We stayed there for 3 nights on March 23, 24 and 25, 2018. The owner and the team in place were unaware of Agoda or pretended to be and yet the latter does indeed sponsor this hotel. We booked the first two nights online with Agoda as a prepaid option. We had to take some of our precious travel time to reach Agoda so that it communicated with this hotel to validate our reservations and it was done but after a long time due to communication difficulties because this hotel is monolingual Thai or almost. These steps were taken the next morning in addition because they refused to rent us the scooter as agreed since we had to pay for our two nights which had nevertheless been paid in advance by Agoda and we believed that everything was in order. I had proof of our two reservations but the team denied them or pretended to ignore Agoda. The deposit required for the room was 500 baht and 250 for the rental of their scooter, which is a very high amount and a first for us in Thailand. The room cost 500 baht per night and the scooter cost 250 baht per day. The height of our misfortune was to have completely forgotten to ask for our deposit of 750 baht when we left on March 26 in the morning that no one deigned to give it to us and yet there were four in our presence including the husband of the owner who spoke enough English to communicate in that language. It's hard to believe beyond a reasonable doubt that no one could remember to give us our money. It was on the way to Satun that we realized that our deposit had not been returned to us. We made many attempts to resolve this issue through Agoda and it was painful. The hotel apparently admitted their oversight according to Agoda but the owners did everything to avoid their misdeed, including ignoring my emails without ever acknowledging receipt, which would have been the least they could do. Agoda did its best to resolve everything but without the good faith and obvious dishonesty of the hotel, nothing seemed to make us believe that we could get our deposit back. Every time we were asked for a deposit in Thailand, it was given to us without even asking when we left the next morning. It is a very unpleasant experience. We finally made the decision to return directly to this ineffable hotel and recover our dues by being firm and direct, getting straight to the point. The owner tried to argue in one last breath but she quickly understood that we did not want to discuss and demanded our 750 baht deposit. It was handed over to us and we left. It's a shame that these people are damaging the good reputation of the Thai people by acting like this. We strongly recommend that you avoid this hotel and especially not book it with Agoda as a prepaid option.Review written on April 21, 2018 in Thailand.

Stay 2 nights, sleep only one night. The hotel asked me to leave. Because they said someone had already reserved it. So why didn't you tell me when you opened the room? The management service is very bad.Especially elderly women Speak without manners Not suitable for service work This time is the last time. Definitely will not come to use the service here again.
