If you’re into old school great value beachside hotels from possibly the seventies with minimal renovation, amenities and staff who are either lovely and don’t speak much English or brusque and a bit scary then this place is definitely for you! It’s got a vibe that you won’t find easily anymore and if someone threw a bunch of money at this place, it’ll be a fancy boutique hotel that will cost you a lot more. Suffice to say I love it. Caveat: I stayed two nights and got the corner Seaview room on the third floor - room 306 - I wouldn’t recommend getting any non Seaview rooms (balcony or otherwise). You’ll probably not be giving this place five stars if you get a different room.

Booked a sea view room for 3 days due to reading mixed reviews, Upon arrival I extended my stay for another 6 nights. Good sized balcony & room plenty of restaurant/bars nearby. Front desk staff were helpful & polite. I would consider staying here again as for the price you cant go wrong with the sea view rooms.

On average good place. No Netflix or prime just t.v Shower not working the best. Wi-Fi is good. has a fridge in room. An can make coffees. Allso got some new water bottles each day. Big room

Set right on the beach, this sleepy little resort is fairly basic with its amenities but the staff are excellent and it is good value for money.

I just say never again to this resort.Beddings was full of stains, smell was terrible in the room and also in the toilet (owner said they didn't smell anything, of course they don't smell anything 😂).When I told receptionist that our beddings are dirty she just said "sorry" nothing more. After that we called Agoda and they didn't do anything, after that I start reading reviews and realized that lot of people have had same experience.And owner response is same every time for the customers who booked room from the pictures because the pictures are deceiving. And I saw that they never fix this problem in Agoda, and for me receptionist blame Agoda for the mistake.Also pillows smelled awful. Loud air con, too much noise.We asked another room and there was sprayed some chemical but still we smell everything like old smell from pillows etc.And as you see int he video, Aircon was healthy risk.We couldn't stay in their rooms so we left and went other hotel and couldn't get 1200 baht back because Agoda stands along this resort no matter what.We didn't even had a blanket in second room 😧And you see our seaview on the photos, that's was the reason we paid 1200... Agoda is as guilty as Resort of this issue

The hotel is located on the seashore! Many rooms with sea views! Great service! We arrived in Phuket late in the evening, in another hotel we were given a prepaid room with a view of the sea, we were given a room overlooking the courtyard, we refused the reservation and went to look for a hotel on the seashore and closer to 8 pm we arrived at Benjamin Resors! Excellent service, we were offered a room with a large loggia overlooking the sea for 1,300 baht per day, despite the fact that competitors’ prices were 2-3 times more expensive on Kamala Beach! For which I am very grateful to them from the bottom of my heart!!!

It’s a quiet beach which was nice and peaceful. Walking distance to great restaurants. Be sure to book the best rooms because the hotel also has rooms that don’t have a sea view.

If I could I would give 0 stars.Avoid traces of bedbugs on dirty bedding.The lady pretends not to understand, and also denies it.Never book here.And above all, do not go through agoda because they will not reimburse you despite all the supporting evidence.

Unfortunately, it is undeniably old and although there is a parking lot, it is difficult to get in and out as it is parked in a narrow alley.The photo looks like a sea view, but unless you have a high-priced room, you won't be satisfied. It's not a room that costs more than 13,000 yen.
