Hat Thong Resort

A resort that far away from city area. If you planned for vacation that really relaxing and village like, then sure you'll love this place. Cleaniness have to improve. The room have smiley fungus like long time didn't being tidy up. Overall still acceptable.

The first and will be the last experience staying at a hotel called #Hat Thong Resort Hotel Every time I go home to Phatthalung I have to find a hotel to sleep in, but this time I want to change the atmosphere by staying in the same hotel many times and trying to find another place. Searching on the Agoda website, I found a place available called Haad Thong Mae Chao!!!! A hotel that I will always remember and recommend to everyone, but I recommend not staying there. Made a reservation from the 11th - 13th, driving sleeplessly from Bangkok to Phatthalung. I planned to turn on the air conditioner and sleep a little comfortably when I checked in on the first day. Found an incident where the room had not been cleaned yet. The maid came in and opened the rubber sheet covering the bed, swept the floor a few times and left the room. Let him stand and look at his girlfriend, "Is this our room?" Well, I made a reservation and went to bed. I'm very sleepy. Then the next event happened that the air conditioner was not cool. So I thought it was because of the hot weather. I thought to myself that it would still be cool after a while, but no matter how I turned it on, it still wasn't cool. I pushed the air conditioner to 18 and it wasn't cool. But I couldn't take it anymore and wanted to sleep, so I decided to take a shower and sleep. In the end, I was hotter and sweating more than the water I was showering with. And it wasn't over until we found wasps all over the room. My boyfriend was bitten too, so he couldn't take it anymore and took his things out of the room and asked to change rooms. Then the hotel changed it but it appeared that the new room air conditioner was not cool anymore. So I thought I'd go out to my house and see my relatives. Before returning in the evening, it would probably get colder, then after 8 p.m. they would return. It turned out that the air conditioner was not cool and I didn't know what to do so I had to find a new hotel. and asked for a refund and couldn't take it The hotel said they were sorry and would like to find a new room for us to sit with our girlfriend and wait in the lobby for a long time. After a while, the hotel came and said that I had gotten a room and that the new air conditioner was definitely cool. It was only when entering the room that the first thing that smelled in the room came up. The bathroom is not clean. And most importantly, the air conditioner isn't cool anymore. I can't take it anymore. I bring my blanket and leave the hotel quickly at 9:30 p.m. Now, to ask for a refund, they told me to come and ask for lunch because the people who had already done the work had already returned and there was only the mechanic and the owner left. We came back to ask for a refund in the middle of the day. The officer said we couldn't return it. We booked 11, 12, 13, but 11 still didn't sleep, just took a shower. But it was considered that we had already stayed and didn't ask for a refund. Just asking for the last night was enough, but the hotel said it couldn't be refunded. I had to ask for a refund from Agoda myself. I was confused. What was wrong with Agoda? So I asked for a review. In the end, I came back to die at Anta Hotel as usual.

The boat fare is a bit expensive and the atmosphere is good.

Anyone who has an allergy will definitely have symptoms.4. There are only 1-2 employees.5.TV. Tuned to only 2 channels but unable to watch any of them.6. There are local people (I don't know if they are the children of the school or not) coming in and out like it's a public place.The service staff is good at a certain level. and can be considered peaceful Because I'm not in the city.
