I travel from Spain. Came to stay at this hotel because pets can be brought in to stay at a price of approximately 3280 baht per night because I booked two rooms: a room that pets can stay in and a small room. Total price for 3 nights is 9,840 baht.The room is quite dirty. There were stains on the floor, a lot of mosquitoes, and when I checked out I forgot 680 euros in the drawer and I returned to the hotel the next day to inquire. It was concluded that the housekeeper took the money. Then take the money to exchange and the housekeeper informed that the entire amount had been paid. The hotel owner doesn't seem to be responsible. in what happened Let me take the blame on the housekeeper myself.who are employees of the hotel The owner separated and sat down. Without feeling anything..Very disappointed with the price paid and no responsibility at all. It's like they don't even care. Really disappointed.Stayed from 9-12 June. The housekeeper never came to clean the room at all. Came on the 11th but just hung water in front of the room.

Unfortunately I had a very bad experience with this hotel I stay for 3 nights (9/06/2024 - 12/06/2024).When we checked out before 12:00, I forget my money in a drawer (680€).The next day I come to hotel and tell the owner I forget my money in the drawer. First it was gone and no one say they take it. Eventually a cleaning lady told the owner and the owner tells me that the cleaning lady took it and she has already exchanged the money to Thai Baht. She said she thought it was a tip.The room is around 40€ per night, why would I leave a tip of 680€ (inside a drawer as well?!?!) for someone I’ve never seen.She didn’t say anything to the owner or any other cleaner and left early that day the owner say to me. If you think it’s a tip, don’t you share it with your coworkers?So we asked her to give us back the money and she tells us that she exchanged the money and spend it all already. She spend 23.500 Baht in 1 evening and had only 3000 Baht left.For me it was very clear she just steal the money knowingly.After finding out all of this, the owner of the hotel said sorry, but other than that didn’t do anything about this and he’s said to me “ don’t blame this to my hotel”We needed to come to a solution by ourself with the cleaning lady and they just sit somewhere else.The story with the cleaning lady is to be continued.Than the hotel itself, staff overall is friendly and the room was fine but could have been cleaned better for sure, still dirty spots in the table and the shower.We also had company in our room: 2 lizards and 1 cockroach so based on that it would have been a bad review already.Warning you not to come stay this hotel and I hear from local they also change staff many times!
