The room is good. But it might be a little old. Other than that, great. Both location and service

The night is beautiful, the atmosphere is good, the staff recommends rooms so you can see the actual location before making a decision.

The room is big but the air conditioner is a bit small.

We went for diner at 8 pm. They handed the menú and when we were ready to order, the waiter come to say It was closed. We were cheking the place to go next day to stay in the hotel, but we were so disappointed that we changed the mind. Very bad service. Wouldnt recommend. .

The hotel is a bit old. But the facilities are okay according to the price of 650 baht including breakfast. Atmosphere next to the river, tourist spot at Lampam Beach. There is a safe police station. Good service staff, smiling and cheerful. The hotel is a bit old but there is no smell in the room. The atmosphere is at a good level. The main bedroom has a separate work desk, very suitable for employees traveling out of province.

One night was enough in our case.We stayed there for just one night at a rate of C$33.34, from March 22 to 23, 2018, booked with Expedia, and it was enough in our case. We were in bungalow 703. The space of these bungalows is certainly eye-catching at first glance with these bungalows overlooking this pond with these wooden walkways but we quickly realize that in reality we are located just above the open sewers but fortunately there are no unpleasant odors. By activating the toilet flush, it is very easy to conclude where our spills are going and this is the major downside of our opinion because there are several positives for this unique and special type Resort. Another negative point was about the wifi which did not work in the afternoon and evening and this was very disappointing because it is our only means of communication with Quebec in Canada to get and give our news. It was also frustrating because we wanted to book a hotel for the next day in Phatthalung. The wifi was back the next morning but not strong but just enough to be able to book a hotel which was a weight less on our shoulders. The owner Chloé told me that the wifi had been reset that morning and she was sorry. Chloe is a very friendly and helpful young mother and speaks very good English. She generously helped us out by driving us to Phatthalung the next morning because transport is rare there even though Lam Pam is only 9 km from this town. She had to go there and picked us up on the way but we suspect that she wanted to be of service to us and we are grateful. We had a buffet included as breakfast to our great surprise. It was the first time we were entitled to this since our arrival in Thailand on February 11. And it was a very varied buffet and everything was fresh and tasty, with unlimited coffee and juice. The dining room is huge and open-air and located on the edge of the canal. It's a great place to eat. We had dinner there the day before and the food was excellent and very affordable too. Our arrival was a bit difficult because the two girls who welcomed us were 100% monolingual Thai and we don't speak a word of this language. We told them we had an online reservation and that we wanted to meet the manager. Chloe finally appeared several minutes later and everything returned to normal smoothly. She is a new mother with a 6 month old toddler who she has to take care of and lives on the site so she is very busy but also very available and adorable. Our bungalow 703 was tasteful with two single beds pushed together to make a double. We had enough to make coffee. The room was large enough. The air conditioning worked quite well but just at the limit. A little less and it would have been uncomfortable. The bungalow was clean and the two beds were also comfortable. I repeat but the feeling of sleeping above and in front of stagnant water and filled with what you know what, is quite special to put it mildly. . But that’s how it is and we won’t change anything with our opinion but we want to say it all the same. Another downside for us is that there are no scooters or bikes to rent, which is the main reason why we only stayed there one night. It is impossible to find any in the village either. We give a rating of 4 out of 5 despite our downsides because the positives outweigh it. We consider this hotel to be worth it. Equip yourself with a repellent because in the evening and early in the morning, there are little greedy skin eaters.
