The room is good, the bedding is mediocre, the sheets are not satin, the bathroom equipment is mediocre, appliances such as toothbrushes given only once are not replenished even if you stay for several days in front of the hotel before entering the front desk. When it rains or shines, customers are picked up by the rain. Customers who don't bring umbrellas come to pick them up even though it's raining.

We spent 2 nights here and it was truly amazing. Upon arrival, we receive a really warm welcome from the start. As soon as we got off from our car, the luggage attendant came over to our car and welcomed us and offered help to ferry luggages (yes I know this is Dusit's standard but the vibes were different, it was as if we arrived at a friend's house 😄). Then, we met Yaya, who facilitated our check in. She was very attentive, always smiling, greeted us everytime we meet, shared with us the places to visit and etc... She took care of us throughout our 3 days stay here. Then we met the restaurant staff and housekeeping staff, all of them were really nice and helpful.Breakfast buffet was amazing. So many varieties. We also had our afternoon coffee time at Dusit Gourmet. Superb cakes, ice cream and drinks. As a Dusit member, we got 20% off the bill. Totally worth it.I can't wait to stay again when I come back to Phatthalung.

I didn't think that a secondary city like Phatthalung would have such a luxury hotel.The service staff was impressive. The rooms are new and very clean. The curtains in the room can block 100% of the light. You can sleep without light dazzling your eyes.But the room is not 100% soundproof. You can still hear the sound of people outside the room and the TV from the next room.The restaurant looks spacious. But the food is not very diverse. I understand that there will probably be few customers on the day of our stay, so we will not serve a complete meal.Another voice confirmed that The croissants here are very delicious. It's equivalent to a department store croissant priced in the hundreds. But the restaurant is all you can eat.Overall, impressed and will come back again if there is a chance.

The best thing to give 6 stars is the service of all the staff. From receptionists, security guards, even housekeepers. I think you must thank me. Through the person who selects employees and provides training to understand service work to this level. Please clap your hands.In terms of other parts It is according to Dusit's standards, which we are already familiar with.The only slight doubt is that there is no bacon in the breakfast, if I'm not mistaken. Probably because there are quite a few Muslim customers. Therefore it is necessary to avoid it for the sake of respect.Another issue is the opening/closing time of the pool that the school has informed is 07.00-19.00, which I think should be adjusted. Because I am a person who likes to swim. I usually swim in the morning. Especially that breakfast opens at 6:30 a.m., which allows customers to swim before breakfast time (pool opens at 6:00 a.m.) and closes at 8:00 p.m. because most customers will use the daytime to travel and return to the school. After 7:00 p.m., there is still time left to go to the pool.

Overall, it's okay. For Phatthalung Province bedroom bathroom Appliances are adequate, recommend additional play areas for children where possible. The children like the swimming pool because it is a slop like a beach. Breakfast is normal.Might be a matter of leaving the shuttle parking lot with a roof. It rains a lot.

From the moment we entered the hotel, we were greeted with a warm feeling and smiles. The welcoming drink and the lovely front desk staff added to our comfort.The hotel is beautiful with stunning scenery. They were also able to cater to our special room requests, which showed their high level of service. We will definitely come again if we have the chance.Based on my experience, Dusit Princess Phatthalung is on par with Hard Rock Hotel. Thank you for the lovely experince. 🇹🇭❤️🙏🏻

A must visit place if you're in Phattalung!From the first step I walk in, the staff was at the entrace door to welcome me with a very warm smile and it was the same in other area all staff are so friendly with the smile on their face. room is very nice and clean with unique design and decoration, hotel itself also inspired from local art & culture which was very impressive for me, pool access room is highly recommended, the food is also tasty, and again the staff always available to assist with a small chitchat. The hotel just open so all the equipment are well functional and modern. The best thing about this hotel is their super friendly team member, they doing a great job.

The swimming pool is very beautiful in the advertisements. No matter how beautiful it is, it is beautiful like that. It's also a salt pool. The staff are lovely, the service is very good, I really like it. Staying here is not really disappointed.

Beautiful accommodation, good atmosphere in the evening, soft pillows, comfortable sleep. All the staff are lovely, good service, always smiling and greeting the ladies who pass by. If you come to Phatthalung, you must think of Dusit again.
