This place is old and was never built as condo but as hotel. So the noise isolation between condos is nonexistent and tubing of your neighbours is in your ceiling. The walls are paper thin. The floors do not isolate. …

First of all, it took a while to find someone to help us check in when we arrived. We booked a mountain view room, but she said there was a sea view room for us at the same price. We paid after seeing the room. But she said she would cancel my appointment because it was on another platform.The entire unit itself is very dilapidated. It can only be rated 4/10 at most. The furniture is very old and dirty. There is only WiFi and no other functions mentioned in the content. The kitchen is very dirty and the hand washing is also very dirty. Only one of the five beds was relatively good, the others were very hard, and all the bed sheets felt moldy. The suite in the master room facing the sea has a bathroom, but it is very dark and a bit scary. So I chose another room, which was very dilapidated. The shower water is not powerful enough, too cold or too hot. I can hear the party music from the nearby pub/club every night until 4 or 5 o'clock! Never quiet.I have asked twice not to clean the unit, but the cleaner still entered the house without notice, and then asked not to clean it again. When I returned to the unit at night, I found that someone had still entered the unit, and the trash was not removed, but my pajamas were put away. On top of a very dirty suitcase.On the third day, she knew that I was very dissatisfied and offered to give me a refund and check out. I left immediately. If it weren't for the refund, I would have wanted to leave within an hour of checking in!I really don’t understand why it got such good reviews. It’s the most horrific accommodation experience I’ve ever had in my life.Would never recommend to anyone!

The location of the building is opposite Patong Beach. The room is large and spacious, suitable for families, and the room price is very reasonable. Thank you to Mr. Bruno. He upgraded the reservation to a larger room. I recommend it.

Very spacious and comfortable for family stay. Booked one bedroom suite thru QVI Club, fully furnished. Housekeeping was also good. Both living area and bed room had fantastic view. Especially bedroom had 2 side view with huge windows giving so spacious look. My family enjoyed our stay at Patong Tower.
