Despite trying to contact the host for several days before the reservation, we never heard back from him. We paid for two nights and we couldn't access the apartment for any of them, we couldn't check in because there is no reception and no one came to the apartment and finally we had to look for a hotel. Now we are trying to get our money back before filing a complaint because we feel scammed.

Modern apartment in the city center.The apartment we stayed in is located on the 3rd floor of a small tenement house inside a block of flats. The entrance is from the busy Silom Street, but there were rarely any cars in the apartment.Check-in was contactless and hassle-free.The biggest problem of this place was the non-working jacuzzi that was used to advertise the entire apartment. Despite requests for repairs, the host did not do so.Moments before our arrival, he assured us that it was working, but it was not.We did not receive any compensation for this.After heavy rain, the ceiling was leaking slightly in one place.Apart from these problems, AirBnB was comfortable, clean and aesthetically pleasing. Location convenient for visiting Pat Pong, China Town and Riverside.

Loved this place! Very nice apartment, had everything we needed. Some of the walls are marked and floor is cracked but other than that, it’s great!

Warning! We woke up to a dead bug in the middle of the night and had several bites over an 11 day period. We had originally booked for 1 month but checked out in the middle of the night on the 11th day when we discovered the bed bug.I've been travelling around the world and staying in Airbnb apartments for the past year and this is by far the worst experience. As of yet we have not received a full refund for the remaining 20 nights - and It's been almost 3 weeks since we left. The communication is awful. I've had to chase up multiple times about my refund and all they've offered me is an amount for half the remaining nights. They've pretty much just taken my money.The apartment itself was very well furnished. Very spacious, with high ceilings. It's off a side road in a very convenient location. There are lots of nice restaurants and cafes nearby.However, it's the type of place where you can see and feel that they've been lazy with the cleaning and maintenance. For example we spotted the following additional problems:- The shower curtain rail wasn't attached properly and just fell off during showering- There was a lot of dirt and dust under the beds- Lots of mould on the ceiling of one of the bedrooms. They said they’d fix it but never did.There's also a big mosquito problem because there are large gaps between the door/window frames.Sadly, I've had the misfortune of finding out what type of people they are. They take very little pride in their guest's experience. And they don't have the integrity to do what's fair.Update:They finally refunded my money in full, but it took 3 weeks of back and forth communication and chasing up.

The new hotel in affordable price, suitable with large group of friend and family, the unit is quite big comparing to surrounding listed.The penthouse (4th flr) is included jacuzzi, private garden, kitchen, and big TV with netflix. All unit need to walkthrough digital door lock, feel quite safe. Here is surrounded by hipped place and host is very nice and helpful. Will definitely come back!!!
