I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the condition of the room I stayed in at GO INN BTS St Louis Silom in Bangkok recently. Despite my initial expectations of a comfortable and pleasant stay, I encountered several issues that significantly detracted from my experience.Firstly, upon entering the room, I noticed that the pillow cases were stained, which was quite off-putting. Additionally, the bed sheet had a noticeable unpleasant odor, suggesting it might not have been properly cleaned or replaced prior to my arrival.Furthermore, there were visible accumulations of dust on the floor, which indicated that the room had not been thoroughly cleaned. The doors in the room were also broken, making it inconvenient and somewhat unsafe to open and close them properly.Moreover, there were unsightly stains on the walls, further adding to the overall poor impression of cleanliness. The lack of bars to hang clothing was inconvenient and surprising, as this is a basic amenity expected in any rented room.The wobbly plastic chair provided was not only uncomfortable but also seemed unstable, posing a potential safety hazard. Lastly, the curtains in the room were significantly shorter than the window, failing to provide adequate coverage or privacy.In addition to these physical issues, I must also address the discrepancy between the photos of the room advertised and the actual room I received. The photos in your advertisement depicted a room that was clean, well-maintained, well-lit, and equipped with adequate amenities. The actual room I stayed in was quite different, and this discrepancy feels deceptive and misleading. I have taken photos to support my claims, if anyone would like to see them.Due to these unacceptable conditions, I left the hotel within an hour of checking in. I am currently in the process of seeking a full refund for my reservation. I would strongly advise anyone considering a stay at GO INN BTS St Louis Silom to carefully reconsider their choice.

☺️Good price☺️Good location☹️The room is very shabby.☹️ The bathroom doesn't have a lock (it's fun to sleep and slap mosquitoes at night)☹️ The bathroom ceiling was left open.☹️ Water heater, no brand (don't dare open it)☹️ Bedsheets are dirty (not cleanly washed)☹️ The walls of the room are thin, you can hear the sound of the room next door.☹️ The room door cannot be locked from the inside (not recommended for women staying alone)☹️ Fake TV (no plug to plug in)Who wants a good place to stay at a low price? I recommend the Yaowarat area called Riverview Residences. This one is really good. I've used the service before (pay for it myself).If you are looking for affordable accommodations with good service, nice rooms, and a great location, I recommend Riverview Residence. It is located near Yaowarat Road. I have stayed there before, and I highly recommend it.

It's better to stay in public accommodation with 6 bunk beds than here. It is located in a terrible street and it smells like a working market. The room is empty, there is only one bed and a lot of flies. There is no TV, no refrigerator, no bedside table, this is a disgraceful hotel...

Yes it is in a good location.Rooms are not sound prove.I can hear everything from the other room.There is no air con remote so I cannot adjust temperature properly.So I have to turn on and off the whole night and can't sleep well.The sound of water leaking from the bath room is really annoying.And there is nothing about self check in and out of that place.

It’s very noisy, you’ll live with ants, because the café across the street stinks of pork fat.On the plus side, the owners were very kind and responsive, they responded to every request, covered the hole in the wall with tape and brought a lamp.

DO NOT STAY HERE! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. On the second day, the water service was off, and I couldn't shower or use the bathroom all day! The staff's attention was terrible and almost non-existent. You have to call a phone number they provide, but they don't even answer, and when they do, they ignore you. The rooms are horrible and don't have windows. Bad location.

Very bad ❌Cheap, good, but look elsewhere.Room 201#weakness- Smell of pipes coming from the bathroom That is, I slept all night smelling the pipes and the air conditioner was in front of the bathroom.- The outside bathroom door has no handle.- The condition of the water heater is not up to standard.- The room door cannot be unlocked. The lock is always on.- TV does not have any plug-in cables.
