Cockroaches in the bed, dirty, uncomfortable. The worst hostel since the start of my stay in Thailand. To flee !I spent one night in this hostel which I really don't recommend. They don't change the sheets between guests: there was hair in my bed and someone else's smell. I had to ask for new sheets. It smelled like vomit in the dorm. I also saw a cockroach wandering quietly in my bed. The beds are very uncomfortable, you can feel the springs of the mattresses.Everything is dirty: reception room, stairs, etc. The trash cans are open on the first floor, it smelled like shrimp. The air conditioning is stuck at a low temperature that you cannot adjust yourself.Positive points: very low price and proximity to the metro.I advise you to book another establishment by spending a few baths more. One night was already too many, I arrived late but otherwise I would have left straight away!

One of the best locations in Bangkok city. Just stones throw from the Sam Yan MRT station, right at the back of Wat Hua Lamphong. There’s also a 7Eleven nearby in case you need one.Its easy to get to Hua Lamphong station for train rides out of the city.Hostel itself is rather new, so the facilities are quite good. AC only be turned on from 6pm to 11am, which is perfect since you’d be out exploring anyways.

The rooms are standard dormitory rooms, and there is a chill space on the rooftop, and the location is great where you can see the night view!I made friends with the guests there and made some great memories!

We stayed two nights here. The truth is I wouldn't repeat it, the rooms and common spaces smell very, very bad, the bathrooms are dirty all the time, the AC only works at 25°C and they turn it off from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.!!! Nobody really controls who enters and who leaves the hostel and the rooms, which leaves a lot to be desired. The staff is friendly but they should correct many things and not spend the day playing video games in the lounge. The only positive thing is the location 2 minutes from the metro station and also that you can leave your luggage here after check out for free.

I didn't stay overnight but took a short rest before going to the airport.I paid for one night on a weekday through Agoda, and I remember it cost about 9,000 won. There is an overground train nearby, a big C market, and a few local street restaurants right in front of the hostel. However, when you come by taxi or Bolt, there are times when you can't find it properly because it is in an alley. The motorcycle found it quickly.I had scheduled my first check-in before 2pm and paid a deposit of 500 baht. This is per team. I made a reservation for 2 people through Agoda, but only paid 500 baht. There is no elevator in the building, so you have to carry your luggage yourself. If you don't use a large storage space, there is a room next to the counter on the first floor, and if it is small next to the refrigerator on the second floor, it would be better to use it in a corner of the room or a bed and dresser. The building has a total of 3 floors, and the 2nd and 3rd floors are being used as a hostel. There is only one shared refrigerator, and you have to take off your shoes on the second floor and put them in the shoe rack before entering the room.6 people can stay in one room, and I don't know if it's a total, but it is a mixed room. It was okay because the beds had privacy, but it could have been a drawback. It was blocked, so the air conditioner was cool, but it might feel a little less cool.🤣There is one shared shower room and toilet (bathroom) per room. I recommend a visit if you are traveling alone or don't care much about your stay. The counter staff on the first floor were friendly, and in principle, they turn on the air conditioner from 6 p.m. the next morning.

It's a hidden gem.I stayed at Urban Jungle Hostel for a week in Feb.It's very new and clean. The cleaning staff does an excellent work. And they were offering special low price. The building looks stylish with a nice rooftop and locates just in the back of Wat Hua Lamphong/ MRT Sam Yan station. Walkable from Silom night entertainment district. It's safe. There are many street foods, shopping malls, 7-11, coin laundry, water vending machine near this hostel. Perfect.Air-con and Wi-Fi work very well. For me, this place has everything I néed, but I'm fair enough to leave pros and cons when I write a review. Let me see... if you're looking for 4 stars hotel service, a hostel like this isn't for you of course. No free breakfast or water/ coffee. But there're plenty of cheap good food/ drink stalls nearby. Oh, the drain isn't very good in the shower. You can bring flip flop.Above all, people are great here. The very cool and nice owner couple will welcome you. And the receptionist is a very good English speaker who is sweet and beautiful inside and outside. I stayed several hostels, but this is one of the best in Bangkok. Guests are polite and friendly, too.I recommend you to try before this place becomes too popular.Additional noteThey changed a little. Air conditioner is off from 10 to 18. They set the temperature to 25℃. You can't change it.
