I frequently stay at this hotel, and I must say, the recent menu update has truly impressed me! Previously, the options were quite limited, but now they offer a delightful selection of Western and Chinese dishes as part of their Intercontinental Breakfast for just 200 Baht per person. It's both affordable and delicious—definitely a "yes" from me this time!While the fitness equipment hasn’t been developed yet, the rooftop swimming pool remains one of my favorite features. The stunning infinity views provide a breathtaking backdrop, showcasing iconic Bangkok landmarks like the tallest tower, Icon Siam, and the Srimaha Mariamman Hindu Temple. Don’t miss the evening sunset from the rooftop!Additionally, you can enjoy drinks and BBQ from their rooftop restaurant, and I highly recommend trying the mala flavor. It’s a fantastic experience that you won't want to miss.

I go to Bangkok 3.4 times a year, which is a lot compared to the average person, right? ? ? But my first encounter made me feel very unhappy during my stay.When we checked in at the hotel, we were informed on the spot that the swimming pool was unavailable. We stayed there for five days and were undergoing renovations. I asked why the information could not be notified first. The receptionist could not answer. They only said that when checking in, they could inform you that a full refund would be available on the spot. I was immediately there. Where can I find temporary accommodation in Bangkok? The counter said that if there is a response when checking in, a full refund will be given? Then why didn't you tell us on the spot? HindsightAt night, I found that the refrigerator in the room could not be used. I asked the night counter if it would be troublesome to change the refrigerator or the room. The counter said that it would be the same even if I changed it. All the refrigerators in the hotel are decorations and cannot be used. If you want to freeze things, please go to the refrigerator next to the counter. I am so surprised. It was an eye-opening experience to hear for the first time that the entire hotel refrigerator is a decoration.Later, we really had no choice but to go to the convenience store every day to buy ice cubes and bring them back to freeze things.Anyone who wants to stay in a hotel like this should think twice.

A very disappointing hotel. I have stayed in N hotels in Bangkok. This is the first time such disgusting attitude and facilities!1. When I checked in at the hotel, I was notified that the swimming pool was unavailable. It was being renovated even after staying for five days. I asked why we couldn’t inform the hotel first so that we might consider changing it! No solution2. The room is not cleaned and the supplies are not replenished.3. The refrigerator in the room is fake. After asking, a translator told me "This is a refrigerator, but it doesn't work" (pictured). If necessary, I can only ice the refrigerator next to the counter.

Location is good right in Si Lom area, although in an alley, everything is close by. The reception staff and the lady Front Office manager were very helpful and polite. Also, the housekeepers were excellent. Some facilities like the Wi-Fi could be improved. The room was very big and the bed also. Value for money was perfect and will certainly stay again there when in Bangkok

Hotel managed in China.Clean rooms and change of towels every day, a few too many insects.Friendly staff,Breakfast non-existent for usIf you know that Italians are arriving organized with breakfast.Windows with non-existent insulation we could hear the air conditioner of the neighboring room, our air conditioner was noisy, luckily I had earplugs.Soft and comfortable beds, I had to have the very used pillows changed.Overall I would say average rating.Sin .Answersuggestions: for European guests breakfast with sweet and savory, cappuccino and coffee.

Disgusting hotel! The staff were not welcoming whatsoever and it wasn’t until I had checked in when they decided to tell me the pool was closed. I then went to look at the gym and half the equipment was either not there or not working. The bedroom had a funny smell and there were many bugs in and around the bed. Do not stay here!

Nice location ⭐️ Yo’ seem like no one notices that its Rooftop BBQ restaurant, tasty Chinese BBQ you can chill until 2 AM. Superb! I recommend to try and highlight this untold story.

Definitely the best hotel in Bangkok, worthy of 6 starsEven if you don't go to their restaurant for breakfast, they will provide you with all-you-can-eat air-conditioned service just in case you're hungry. This heart-warming service directly aggravates global warming.The location also had to be crossed. The three BTS stations were all half an hour away and provided mandatory fitness services. As a result, I overeat and drank during the entire trip to Thailand and lost three to five kilograms.The most important thing is that in order to let you make good use of your travel insurance, we provide various considerate facilities to make you sick, such as toilets with poor ventilation, mold buffet air-conditioning, non-air-conditioned fitness rooms that are so hot that you will suffer from heat stroke, and clean and hygienic Indian style The swimming pool requires the insurance company to pay claims and cannot make any money from you.It is definitely the most cost-effective accommodation in Bangkok. The open and transparent soundproofing measures allow me to always listen to every move of the residents in the neighboring room to ensure that I will not be assassinated and abducted by suspicious guests. It is even more rewarding in a few days. Wear, cold, sore throat, etc., it is really the best choice to kill people and silence them.Such a conscientious hotel definitely needs a six-star rating to let more people know about it, and the five-star rating will be added later.

The room environment was extremely poor, there was water in the bathroom and bathroom, and there was a lot of mold in the air conditioner. Most of my colleagues reported sore throats. The soundproofing of the room was also very disappointing. Sound from within the room can travel throughout the hallway.There were insect corpses floating in the swimming pool, there was no air conditioning in the fitness room and the chest clamping machine was broken.
