I stayed at the hotel last July (2023). My friend got a food poison from eating out, he was very sick and can't eat anything else instead of porridge. The hotel manager at that time was very nice, he cooked a bowl of egg porridge and brought it to the room for my friend. I am very grateful and touched by what he did for us. I was very confused in that situation but he cared and helped us a lot. Thank to him and the other staff at the hotel a lots, you guys helped us have a wonderful trip. Will be back !!!

The room has a human-sensing system that shuts off the electricity if you are absent for 10 minutes to save on electricity bills, so I was disappointed because it wasn't charging and the air conditioner turned off and it was hot.The front desk has a shoe rack system, so many people leave their sandals on the floor because it's a hassle to change into slippers and go to their rooms. The slippers didn't come in a bag and were reusable, so I didn't want to wear them because of hygiene issues.Honestly, I felt sick. It felt more like a condo than a hotel, and other than that, the cost performance was good, but it might have been better to spend a few thousand yen more on a cheaper hotel.

A nice adaptive reuse hotel experience in a quiet neighborhood. We appreciate the Japanese intent throughout the hotel, minimal but thoughtful design.Staff are accommodating and friendly as well. They gave us tips and guides as to where to walk around especially when you don’t have anything planned out.Value for money given rooms already includes a beautiful breakfast and a refreshing drink.It’s a short walk to old town and a creative neighborhood.

We got the triple sharing room, which has enough space for our 3 huge 🧳 🧳 🧳 + carry-ons. We think the air-conditioning unit needs cleaning because the room doesn't get cold despite its relatively small space. We could also hear our neighbors 😅Other than that, I'd say it's okay. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Plated breakfast is great (photos show our breakfast plate for 3 days). Location is good, 15-min leisure walk to the dock to ride a boat taking you to ICONSIAM side of the river, 3-min walk to a great spa/massage place (Siam Serene) 💆♀️

All the hotel staff were kind and very comfortable. A Japanese person came and helped us with explanations about the hotel and breakfast. thank you very much.It's far from the station, so be sure to take a taxi.I'm planning to book here again when I go to Thailand ^ ^

The design of the hotel is sophisticated, beautiful and a sight to behold. And the staff (even the cleaning staff) are always smiling and kind. I am grateful that I receive free water every time the cleaning is done. It's also very convenient because it's close to Seven Store, so I used it almost every day. I already miss the beautiful hotel, the delicious breakfast, and the smiling staff (I think the Seven staff member remembered my face). If you are traveling to Bangkok, I highly recommend this hotel!

First of all, the room was very clean. The ceiling was high and there was a feeling of openness, making life very comfortable.What impressed me most was that the staff at the hotel treated me with the utmost sincerity even among hotels in the same price range. There were also Japanese interns, so even though I'm not confident in my English, I was able to stay there with peace of mind.Thank you for your wonderful response!

Great hotel, great service, great breakfast and the furnishings are in a Japanese-inspired, simple style - perfect!The rooms are just a bit noisy…But the location is also great, for example you can walk to China Town in 30 minutes.

I stayed here for 3 nightsThe room is as simple as possible, no hair dryer, no electric kettle (if needed, you can go to the reception to ask)It's a bit inconvenient that you are not allowed to bring shoes into the room, you will put your shoes in the closet and wear hotel slippersThe hotel lobby does not have trash cans7-11 is quite far from the hotel, 400m awayMRT station is also 800m awayIn return, the staff is very enthusiastic and cute

the hotel is nice the staff is very nice but frankly I am very disappointed with this hotel know that if you have noisy or snoring neighbors you will not sleep at night I had a very bad night between a neighbor who snores and the other neighbors who are on the phone all night impossible to sleep if I had not come with my nine year old child I would have left the hotel and I would have taken another hotel to be able to sleep in addition the air conditioning is badly arranged you have the blower all night on the face and when you stop it it is more than 30 ° in the room so really I had a very bad time you asked me my opinion I give it to you I will not come to this hotel again because I choose hotels first for the quality of my sleep

My stay at Beanstalk Bangkok Hotel was exceptional. The entrance immediately impressed with its blend of modern and traditional Japanese design. The reception staff’s were warm and informative, providing a thorough induction to the hotel's policies. The Japanese theme was evident in the minimalist decor, serene ambiance, and thoughtful amenities like the in-room tea set. Keeping the Japanese theme along with modern technology was super cool and an amazing experience.I’ve personally stayed here twice, and both times have been unique and memorable. I highly recommend it.

Amazing stay highly recommended.We stayed for 3 nights in this hotel, me and my 2 friends and had a perfect stay. Warm welcoming with a nice check in, the roomIs so good and the housekeeping clean your room every time you go out. So pleasant to have fresh bath towels well folded. The hotel is very good looking and the staff is amazing. The location is the best of the city. You can reach any place in Bangkok within 10 to 15 min by car.Big thank you to the staff

Had a great birthday stay here. Would definitely recommend to future travelers. The place and staff were super nice, friendly and helpful. The room and lobby did however have an odor that smelt like mold and mildew. It was great to be able to do laundry there since we had been traveling for multiple days. The breakfast was good to start the day and my top thing is the attentiveness of the front desk staff. They made me feel like I was the most important guest. I would recommend staying there.I would say to elevate the experience they should add fresh plants and more greenery to the bedrooms and to the lobby so it feels more tranquil.
