Absolute beachfront, (recommend the 1 beachfront room) good size rooms - only one with sea view and terace. iSwim daily, great beach a few steps from your room, restaurant downstairs on the beach (fragrance drifts to the room), super clean, good bed, shower, aircon and good facilities. (No pool) Fabulous staff, manager was wonderful and couldn't do enough to help us. Convenience store opposite and multiple restaurants and massage places steps away. Great local street food stalls all around.

The hotel is nice though not new. Location is perfect - literally several steps away from the sea. On the opposite side of the road there’s supermarket.Manager Leena was very helpful and friendly, all our requests were fulfilled.On the second floor is situated small cafe for breakfast where a good coffee is being served.The room was okay. Although pillows pretty uncomfortable to sleep on - they are big and not fluffy.Cleaning was every day. Towels were changed every day. Drinking water was refilled every day.One note: don’t leave any opened food in the room - it will attract hordes of insects.Also it may be a little bit noisy in the evening, because of the restaurants outside: sometimes they turn on loud music.Generally our stay there was fine, nothing bad to say.

We arrived late evening and get our room easily.This was the room for 4 people with two big beds and nice furniture.The toilet and shower room was spacious and clean .it was a big fridge at the room.next day we asked about to check out later 1,5 hour and reception lady give us later check out for f4ee.

What an Incredibly lazy woman who runs this place, there’s lazy then there’s lazy, let’s start with the cons….Cons:1. The female who I think runs this place is not approachable, she doesn’t talk English either, despite me going out of my way to talk in Thai with her (not fluently). Her English words seem to come on the last day ‘are you checking out’.2. The bathroom is like a sewer, forget the showering you come out dirtier than when you came in.3. On Expedia, they state they have a maid service, however not once in our 5 day stay did they ever clean our bins or change or towels as a minimum, she just sits on her perch at the front gorping at passers by.4. The oders from the bathroom will leave you heaving.5. The window leads out to a pile of rubbish as seen in my video.6. The sink drips and doesn’t drain leading to a stale smell of water.Pros…1. Excellent location, despite the oil / melted rubber on the seafront which will stick to your feet and/ or footwear. The beach is very littered.2. The bed was comfortable and we didn’t run out of toilet paper.Would I recommend staying here… NO. They also didn’t check in my cousin who arrived a day later, didn’t take any passport or documents or give any receipt.To conclude, there was no comprise on a later check out either or for leaving luggage with them if you want to eat. They can’t wait to get rid of you. Unless you’re happy with zero I mean zero cleaning to rooms and instead you become the maid.Don’t book here. Don’t do it!
