The Banyan Tree Spa is the perfect place to enjoy a massage and receive top-notch service. The staff are incredibly friendly, providing great recommendations and a warm welcome.The spa boasts an elegant design and beautiful decor. The massage beds come with electric warming blankets, making the experience even more relaxing and helping you drift into sleep. The therapists are highly professional and approachable.After the massage, the dessert and tea are delightful and delicious.I highly recommend visiting and trying a massage here. While the price is a bit high, the experience is truly excellent.

Banyan Tree spa isn't cheap. Ok, let's be honest - it's quite expensive. But the experience is head and shoulders above every other establishment I tried in Bangkok (though to be honest, none were in the same price range). The therapy rooms are generally on the lower floor (20th) down a curving staircase, and though you wouldn't imagine so, the decor in public areas and therapy rooms was supremely comforting. The standard of massage (had the back massage, twice!) was well above average (read: exceptionally good!), and the therapists were polite, sensitive to pressure areas and overall, very professional. At the end, you get a choice of tea and a chilled fruit assembly to graze, in the public seating area back on the 21st floor. Worth doing, at least once. Just take out that second mortgage first.

I have never left a Google review before but my experience at this spa, and the Banyan Tree in general for that matter, made me have to! My husband and I are staying here for our honeymoon and we couldn’t be happier with our choice. I have never been to a spa before that made me feel so pampered, went so above and beyond, and just generally made me feel so incredible. The facilities are also stunning, and all of the staff are so warm and helpful. My masseuse was Nancy and my husband’s was Nicha- they were so talented and kind, and really made our spa experience very special. Thank you to everyone who made it happen! We will always remember this ❤️

It is located on the 21st floor of the hotel.I received a massage while staying at the hotel, and made a reservation for 10 a.m. When you arrive, you will receive a drink, check the questionnaire, and then move down to the first floor.After moving, sit on the chair, take off your shoes, change into slippers, and go to the massage room.We received an aroma oil massage for 1 hour, and made a reservation through Monkey Travel. The prices are different for weekends and weekdays, and the difference seems to be about 10,000 won. On weekdays, the price is less than 100,000 won.The room has been renovated, and you can shower after a massage.It was a really happy time. They gave me a thorough massage and I really liked it. He was so kind and really nice.The shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion are all scented with 'Thai Chamanade', which is a hotel amenity and the hotel's signature scent, and I really like this scent.After the massage, we go up to the 21st floor and provide light refreshments and tea. The refreshments were nice and the tea had a nice scent.It is on sale at 25% as a promotion until the end of August 2023, so I recommend that you purchase it at the spa shop after the massage.The price is cheaper than in Korea, and it's on sale so I can't not buy it. I purchased shower gel, body lotion in the largest size, and aroma oil. In the case of hand lotion, I was disappointed that I couldn't purchase it because it was sold out. If I go next time, I will come back and buy more.It was an experience that helped me understand why Banyan Tree is called a spa.

Spacious and clean rooms with 58 floors. Was greeted with a very warm welcome.There is a roof top bar on the 58th floor with great views, especially at night.Half an hour's to main tourist sites.Chose to take tuk-tuk to city centre to beat the traffic as it can be very busy.Staff are very friendly. Breakfast selection for vegetarian is a little limited but has good choice of fruits.Overall the hotel has a very good décor and good feeling.

Great service. Had The Royal Banyan service. It's around three hours (it says 2.5 on the menu). Definitely get there at least 30 minutes early to fill out paperwork and drink some amazing juice and water.
