Rooms have 2 prices. Parking room next to the room, price 650 Rooms in buildings 550 or 500 require parking in the parking lot, which has enough space.There is a TV in the room. Medium sized refrigerator, air conditioner, water heater, kettle, large wardrobe. Dressing table, 2 chairsRoom 650, parking is very narrow. If a 7-seat car or pickup truck is difficult to park, the access road is narrow and the parking space is narrow. Even the sedan is tight and can't open the door all the way, it will scrape the wall.The air conditioner is cool, the room is not old, the smell is not musty, the bedding and towels smell clean. The room and bathroom are wide and ok. The water flows strong. The lady is not sure if the owner of the hotel is beautiful. She speaks well, cute, hospitable, well taken care of and friendly. There is Grab where you can order food.The bed is hard, not soft or bouncy, but I like it and don't have back pain when I sleep on it.The disadvantage is that in addition to the very narrow parking space, the lights in the room have a yellow tint, making makeup difficult. It's difficult to work because there's not enough light. Sometimes the lights are on, sometimes they are off. You have to open and close it repeatedly. The bathroom lights are even more dim and not as bright. The refrigerator had an ice bag that had melted and had not been removed and thrown away. The refrigerator must have been unplugged, causing water to come out when opening the refrigerator. There were a lot of mosquitoes, really a lot. I didn't leave the door open and there were a lot of mosquitoes. From staying, working, sleeping, or going to the bathroom, you must swatt away mosquitoes throughout your stay. And there was a sound of dogs barking and screaming like dogs biting each other, very annoying. Made me wake up at 3 a.m. and never fall back asleep again. In the morning there is morning work too. The last thing is that the blanket is very thin (as in the picture), not warm, not soft, light, the air conditioner is hot, turn on the air conditioner. The air conditioner fell on my feet and the blanket was thin. Slept cold all night.

It's considered usable, but it's a bit deep. The price is 650 baht for a large room, 450 for a building. The water flows strong and convenient. Parking may be a little small. But it's considered OK. It's considered a pass. You have to come see it. The owner is beautiful and cute. As for the price, it can be negotiated.

Very nice, clean & welcoming hotel. Have stayed here before and will do so again, the pool is great after a days golf and with Dancoon course right next door. Excellent value for money, very clean large bungalow rooms we 6 stayed in on our golfing trip.
