Location: unforgettableVertigo Restaurant (not rooftop): outstanding service & food ⭐️⭐️⭐️🙏🙏⭐️⭐️⭐️Moon Bar & Rooftop:Early evening:Too much staff that is standing around without asking us, if we want to drink something:After 22pm:We were waiting for 5 minutes at the table, till someone comes to show us a scan to show the menu.I like to read in real paper, when I am in a 5star hotel and not in my screen.After 20 minutes, I still didn’t get the dessert, that i ordered and we left sad with just one drink…Poor experience…

We had booked a 4 course menu with wine pairing. Due to the weather we could not enjoy the food on the rooftop but indoors, which of course the restaurant is not to blame for. The service staff, especially Benz, was great.However, the food was a disgrace not only for a restaurant in a 5-star-venue but in general. Presentation of the salad was boring, the Bisque was utterly bland and unseasoned, the beef (medium) was chewy, and all but the indian white wine were subpar.Except for the magnificent view, and despite the service crew's lovely efforts, I cannot recommend this venue.

View great, food flopThe four-course meal for $150 was a bitter disappointment. It started with an uninspired salad, followed by a tasteless lobster bisque and a mediocre meat dish with some vegetables. The dessert, on the other hand, was convincing, accompanied by a well-matched sweet wine, which was the highlight among the wines. The remaining wine, including an Indian white wine and a Malbec, left something to be desired. Unfortunately it rained, so the famous view was also ruined. Thanks to Benz, who gave his all with his service, the evening wasn't completely wasted. Rather unsuitable for gourmets, but worth a view when the weather is good.

It was my first time and the receptionist was very attentive. Everyone was lovely and friendly. The view was beautiful and the atmosphere was good. I will definitely come back again next time.

Shitty sugary drinks with no alcohol, shitty atmosphere with elevator music, shitty crowd with half of the people only there for the photo. Everyone looks bored af, half of the people are on their phone. View is nice but not worth the 800 minimum spend

Unfortunately even as a hotel guest pretty poor service at very high prices at the vertigo bar. Humbleness is not around up there.

First of all: the waiters are very friendly. The bar is okay and must be very nice if you have a good seat.We booked the hotel only because we wanted to spend our night at the skybar. The room was nice and the hotel staff friendly, they told us as a hotel guest it would be no problem to have drinks at the bar without a reservation . But let’s start with the vertigo bar. The receptionist at the bar asked us very forcing to show our room card since she didn’t seemed to believe us we are hotel guests - not very friendly but ok. When we arrived upstairs on the roof we received a table without a nice view, which was a pity but still okay- when you consider that the seaters are acting like this is the best high end bar of the city and drinks are by far more expensive than other skybars in Bangkok that are WAY classier (SEEN Bangkok f.e.). There are also many people that just come here to take pictures. So if you want to come here, make a reservation at the TOP of the bar. But don’t expect too much. This prices are way too high for this tacky service and atmosphere. Very sorry

We decided to stop by this place for a couple’s aperitif, but unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The food was mediocre, nothing special, and definitely not up to expectations. What really ruined the evening, though, was the service: absolutely terrible. We had to wait over 20 minutes with the dishes ready and placed next to our table, but no one brought us any cutlery or napkins. Despite repeatedly asking the waiter, our requests were ignored. By the time we finally received our food, it had gone cold, and the atmosphere of the evening was completely ruined.Moreover, the value for money is incredibly poor. The venue clearly aims for an upscale clientele, but the service is nowhere near what you'd expect. To make matters worse, when we asked for napkins, they brought us a box of Kleenex instead – an inappropriate and unacceptable choice. Overall, a negative experience on all fronts, and we certainly won’t be coming back.

This is completely overhyped- drinks are watery, food is not good. The view is obviously stunning but you can find that many other places. Not worth a stop. They also make you pay a minimum up front!
