Great lounge team, clean rooms, slightly outdated when it comes to the club rooms. There is lots of construction going on in the main wing, which is the reason I had booked a room in the club wing.As a GHA Titanium member I was offered an upgrade to a suite in the main wing - ground floor, basically in the middle of were the construction was going on (and therefore noisy) and everything stank of fresh paint. An otherwise unsellable room. And "you can of course still walk to the club lounge in the other building". This is not how I expected to be treated as a very high status member and therefore I declined this upgrade. And this was it. They had offered some kind of "upgrade", which is what they had to do, and they were then done with it. They did not even try to improve the situation. If you don't want to give out status benefits, that is alright of course. But then do not participate in a program like GHA. And do care for the people who visit hotels in your program very often. Disappointing experience.Would I come back? As a status member? Never.Update: Dear [insert email address], this [insert email address] stands synonym for everything that is going wrong in your venue. With an AI generated text you just stand testament for how you simply don't care about your guests. Or even invest a minute of care.

We stayed at The Sukhothai Bangkok for the last 2 nights of our 3-week trip to Thailand... and we wish we could have been there longer. The hotel is well located and its facilities are the epitome of luxury, with an impressive breakfast buffet. Thanks a lot to Trippy at Reception to make our stay memorable. We'll be back!

I booked a one-to-one personal training session with Ole. The session was a padwork boxing session with some muay Thai moves thrown in.||Ole was great, would thoroughly recommend. ||Afterwards (if you have any energy left!) you get to use the rest of the gym facilities, including the sauna, steam room, hot tub, etc
