Dancoon Golf Club has a Google rating of 3.9. It is located more than 20 kilometers northwest of Khon Kaen Province and takes more than 39 minutes. If you look at the stadium gate, clubhouse and other facilities, you must think this is a 5-star stadium. The reason why the Google rating is lower than 4.0 should be due to the management of the stadium. The tee boxes, fairways and greens lack the guidance and management of golf professionals, and these aspects are unsatisfactory. And these are precisely the core contents of golfers' evaluation of the course. The standard of caddies is also relatively low, and there are problems with communication in languages other than Thai. The layout of the course is good, but also somewhat difficult. If some improvements are made to the core business, it will be a good golf course. I played 36 holes today, and my physical strength obviously declined in the last 9 holes. Coupled with the wind and clouds, a heavy rain was coming. Today's results: 9Pars Out40 In45 Total85.

It is an inexpensive golf course with a green fee of 850 baht per caddy on weekdays.The fairway grass is short and sparsely bare. It doesn't feel like it's been maintained very well, and it's a golf course where many students come for field training.

The " Shot Heard Round Khon Kaen " as one of my playing partners made an Ace / Hole ⛳ in One / Uno / , his name Mr. Michael Collins ( better known as 6 Iron or simply Mick ) . A wonderfully struck ball carrying the precipitous & deep front bunker. Well lofted , landly softly , one short bounce and rolled straight in. Witnessed by a Greens keeper standing on the edge of the green and we three playing partners. This was Khon Kaen Golf's Friday outing @ Dancoon with a cool breeze , fair conditioned course and a day to remember. Note : Mick is only the fourth recorded Ace @ Dancoon for 2023. Well Done Mate 👏

Dankun Golf Club is located within 25 minutes by Grab taxi from the city center, so it is easily accessible. The payway and green are above average, but the sand in the bunkers is hard. In particular, the 11th hole is a par 3 island hole, so you need to make an accurate shot, otherwise you'll end up with a bang! Overall, it is a golf course suitable for enjoying golf. When I came out, my caddy (number 59) called a taxi and I took it out.The green fee is 650 baht, the cart fee is 700 baht, and the caddy fee is 200 baht. Taxi one-way fare is 165 baht.

18 hole golf course, resort atmosphereThe field is not difficult to hit, the distance is not too far. The fairway has a little grass, not very fluffy, and there are not many obstacles. Most of it is water and sand. Free green + caddy fee, Saturday and Sunday 850, golf cart fee 700, good condition, can fit 2 people, considered a worthwhile trip.
