Reserve a monthly room for 1 month. The dormitory informs you before moving in that there is a cleaning fee of 500 baht. This part is understandable. But still came to think of adding 200 more, telling us that we made the room dirty and left garbage in it. The trash in question was a bottle of Coke that we couldn't finish, a tissue under the sink. Toothpaste stains on the face mirror The bar of soap that was left at the sink, the dorm said that this 500 baht does not include the cleaning fee for this part. In summary, the room must be the same as the first day you entered. The dormitory informed me that there was already an announcement posted. It's probably our fault that we didn't read it.Booked a daily room for 2 days, received soap and tissue only for one day. Told us we had to ask for it ourselves. The daily price is 700. It's not cheap. Go stay at a hotel. For this price you get a new, clean room with daily cleaning service. Survice mind is better than this.Not recommended. The caretaker doesn't have a survice mind.There are advantages: the location is good, but there are many other dormitories to choose from.

Accommodation near Khon Kaen University Located in a busy alley. Something near a pond? Probably Bueng Nong WaengSet up in a row of food sources and shops all around.The new room has an elevator to carry things. Spacious roomInside the accommodation is clean. There may not be much parking.Even though the accommodation is close to a restaurant that has music at night. But the room didn't have a lot of disturbing music.

The new room is good. The water and electricity system is good. The security system is good. There is some parking. In the future, if more customers are not sure how to solve the problem. The people who take care of the service are good. If there is a chance, must come back to use the service again.
