I am visiting Thailand from the UK and travelled here today by car from Surin with my Thai wife to visit her friends. We found this resort to be a good place to stay, not far from the market and centre if you are driving. The room was a very good price. It was spacious and everything was very clean and fresh. The bathroom is roomy and has a hot shower, which has good pressure. There is a swimming pool and a bar. Also, they serve food. I wish I could stay longer, but I am only here for one night. The surrounding gardens are well kept, and they have mature trees for shade and ambience. It was quiet and I had a good sleep. I would definitely recommend staying here not least because it is budget friendly. I will stay again when I am in the area in the future. Be aware that they do not accept any pets.

Superb find Frank and oi (owners)..Superb service and hosts...cannot be more helpful...advice on local amenitiesEven took 1/2 day off their busy schedule to show me around the areaI cannot recommend this beautiful resort highly enough 😍Recommend check availability to avoid disappointment as very popular.

Just stayed at the resort for a second time and it's still as good as the first time we stayed here thanks to Frank and his staff we will most definitely will be staying here again I highly recommend this resort.

A small resort with a pool on the way from Yasothorn to Korat,you can stay overnight.The rooms are clean and comfortable with television,refrig,elactric kettle,and warm shower that is good enough for small budget travellers.

Traveling to run urgent errands Reasonably priced rooms The nature is very shady. The only disadvantage is that the blankets are too thin. I would like to wash the blankets, sheets, and towels with cleaning equipment without using scents to suit neutrality and sensitive people. Allergies, sleep with sneezing and stuffy nose for most of the night. The overall picture of the accommodation is very good.

What an odd place! My partner called to say we were coming and had the prices confirmed by the owner etc. it was 500 baht a night, although there were 700 baht options available. When we arrived (after 8 hours of travel) this was all confirmed and 500 baht paid to the lady at the gate house. Drove up to the accommodation as instructed and then on exiting our car we were quickly told to pay 200 baht more. Really?? Not about money, but about how you treat people, sorry that is not right. Rather drive another 30 mins and deal with good people who don't change the prices after verbal agreements and payment. shame, I liked the look of it and need a week + stay. Driving license was photographed on arrival and 700 baht paid IN TOTAL(500 baht for the room which was later increased after driving the short distance to the room) WHICH WAS REFUNDED AFTER AN ADDITIONAL SUM WAS ADDED ONCE ACCOMMODATION WAS REACHED. WE FOLLOWED FULL INSTRUCTIONS FROM YOUR STAFF. WHY SEND GUESTS TO ACCOMMODATION IF THEY ARE NOT REGISTERED AND PAID UP RATHER THAN CALL THE POLICE ? HOPE YOU ENJOYED YOUR BEERS THOUGH WHILST YOUR ILL TRAINED STAFF DID THEIR WORST. HAPPY TO POP OVER AND HAVE A CHAT.My tour operating company would never dream of charging the client enroute to their room after check in and taking payment. LOL at you trying to blame us.Also if i need the opinion of your receptionist as to what standard of car a foriegner, she doesn't know anything about, should be driving I will be sure to ask in the future as she is clearly the go to expert in this field. But i'm sure that was just something else we misunderstood, along with the price, payment process, registration process , deposits and following instructions in general, right?

I can't say enough about this place. The pool is amazing. The rooms were great. We ordered a hamburger and pork chop with some pad see ew(not sure how to spell that...). Everything was great. To top it off the staff was all very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. I know we will be back in the future.

Frank and his wife will make you feel very welcome the moment you get there. It's a lovely, well looked after, small resort that is best described as an oasis. Certainly the best place to stay when visiting or travelling through the area. Trouble is you won't want to leave!

Wery good service 🙌🏼 and wery nice empoyees :) the ovner ovns an tuktuk, so its easy to get to the market and midtown! We got an free tour around town, that was wery Nice, recomend!

The rooms are clean, spacious, peaceful, and have privacy. Both owners And all the employees are attentive, caring and provide excellent service, a full 10 with no deductions. We forgot something important. But after traveling far away, I was unable to return to get it. The owner proceeded to send a post office to Bangkok. I was impressed with his care. Very attentive and customer service. If there is a chance to return to Khon Kaen Definitely have to go back and stay here again. P.S. The two 4-legged receptionists are very cute.# Good service 👍👍

I like it.There are 2 glass bottles of water provided.2 bars of soap and tissueBig shower, strong water flowStarting at 500 baht (5 foot bed is a bit uncomfortable)Double bed 600 or 700, can't remember.There is a 6-foot double bed, a little more expensive.The owner is a foreigner, his Thai wife is smiling and cheerful.There is a restaurant service.I'd like to give some advice.Accommodation prices may be cheap for foreigners.But for Thai people, this price is not cheap. But it's not too expensive, I can accept it.I'd like to have tea, coffee, and light bread available in the morning for free.(It's for sale for 20 baht. I don't know how it looks.)Ask for more water. It's not free, but it's for sale.It's a small thing, it's the kindness of Thai people. that other nations do not have I want it to be here.Next time will try to stay again. I hope there is.If you don't do it, it's okay.
