Booked for 2 nights, 9xx per night. Room with 2 single beds felt not very worth the price. The room is not soundproof. Very ancient TV The TV must press the button to change the channel on which the TV is reserved. The remote ran out of batteries. The air conditioner is not very cool. The housekeeper doesn't clean the room. The first night I slept itchy all night. In the morning, I asked to change all the clothes because the clothes had stains like reused clothes. In summary, nothing has changed. The blanket and duvet are still black as usual. Towels were not changed. (The towel is very tired. The edges of the fabric are all frayed.) The condition of the room is the same as before. Basically, no matter how many nights we stay, you have to change things every day. There's no need for customers to request and repeat this. As for the counter staff, they asked about something that they didn't understand. What the customer says doesn't interest him at all. Shouting and talking over the customers' heads again. Truly, I've never encountered a place as bad as this before. Reviews from actual service use are personal opinions. But I would like to commend the security guard uncle who hitchhiked. The sun was very hot but he was still diligent and seemed more enthusiastic than the employees at the school. Considered to be personnel that should be preserved.

The check-in system was slow, having waited almost 2 hours, the condition was oh my! Customers sat waiting to fill up but the staff told them to wait first. Wait first, which means wait 2 hours first. Very confused????? This is even when I reserved it in the app before.

The room smells musty, cramped, the sofa has dust, the old water heater, the old TV, there's only one empty plug behind the TV. Booked through Agoda for a price of 647. Personally, I think it's too expensive for this accommodation. When I slept in the bed, the bed creaked so I decided to check out immediately. The staff didn't ask any reason. I'm not saying that the service staff is not good. The service staff is good. They do their job well.

Worst hotel experience Do not recommend this accommodation, the actual room condition is not as described, the room and furniture are very old, the room is not soundproof at all. When talking, the whole floor can be heard, the bidet hose is on the left hand side, the water heater is more than ten years old. There is no button to test for electrical leaks, there are poisonous insects in the bathroom, and the floor has a dirty pattern in both the bedroom and bathroom. Makes you not sure if the floor of the room is really clean, there are no electrical plug holes around the dressing table, the arrangement of furniture in the room is completely cluttered. Opening the closet can't open all the way because other furniture is blocking it. The balcony is very dirty. There is bird droppings, lizard droppings, geckos and the condition looks like it hasn't been cleaned at all. There is no security system, no security guard, no key card. There is only a room key. You can walk in and out of the hotel door and go up and down the elevator even if you are not a hotel customer because there is no security system at all. The service staff are very poor. Their gestures, facial expressions, eyesight and words speak to customers as if they have not been trained. Extremely old place converted to hotel from a disused hospital- filthy Ac - rooms have only a door to outside-but no window - rusty fridge - restaurant not open - car park has problems with cats/ dogs and staff unhelpful - the only good thing is the location - would definitely not recommend this place
