The room was not clean at all. There was a lot of dust. The condition of the room was extremely shabby. The back door can't be locked. Everything in the bathroom is old. The air conditioner is very old. The worst hotel I've ever stayed in.

The room is not clean at all. The bed has stains. I don't know what kind of stain it is. The bathroom is not clean at all. Around the pipe there were yellow stains and a musty smell. The blankets were very thin, the pillows were squirmy, and the towels had yellow stains. We stayed for 4 nights, there was no water, nothing was added at all.

I only stayed one night and it was enough for me to understand how retrograde the place is, the cleanliness of the room is terrible, not to mention the lack of hygiene, opening air conditioning smells of mold, in a hot country opening air conditioning is essential but sleeping with a moldy smell is unacceptable, I understand that for the price of 680 Bat you can't want who knows what, but there are box hotels with better services and also helpful staff. I recommend staying overnight only if extremely necessary.

The price, if compared to everywhere I've lived, is worse than everything. The room was always musty from the first time I walked in. The bathroom was dirty. The housekeeper was only free in the morning. That is, if you want it to be cleaned, you have to leave early in the morning. The hotel floor is dirty. There was hair all over the walkway. The air conditioner is broken and water splashes out, smells bad, everything smells bad. Spraying perfume doesn't make it go away. Woke up and the room smelled bad. The only good thing is that it is in the food area.

I am so disappointed about food .
Mushroom cream soup was so sweet and test so bad. I ordered Egg salad too it was so bad . But I think the coffee was good for me. The told staff about food . They just acknowledge but they didn’t change anything for me.

A local apartment near Srinagarind hospital and Khonkaen University, so it's good for student. Surrounded by many restaurants, cafe and convenient store. The room itself was moderate. There was a charge for blanket. Overprice electricity bill. Good security. Parking lot at the front. A high of pledge on first admission and delay refund.

Very bad. The room is dirty. The bed is very old. The old mattress looked like it had been worn out for many years. It was very hard. Bedsheets and sheets were not provided yet. There were a lot of stains and hair on the bed. The bathroom shower water flows so weakly that I can't wash my hair. Rented for 1 month, stayed for 3 nights. Had to move dorm because I really couldn't stay. On check out day, the difference in electricity bill was not refunded immediately. Said I have to wait until the end of the month. After entering a new month, it still hasn't been returned. I inquired and was told only that I would return it. But it didn't specify when. Until today, there is still no intention of transferring it back. The dormitory condition is bad. The service mind is much worse.👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Water bill is 200 baht, electricity bill is 10 baht per unit. Wi-Fi must be purchased separately for 100 baht per month per device. Students who will come to weigh in well. During the semester break, if you're not in the dormitory, you'll be charged a water fee because it's a lump sum fee.
