I'm impressed with the male night shift staff. They take good care of you and remember customer details.The other employees were chattering without understanding and were confused until we were confused as to whether we didn't know what we were talking about or what. We informed them of late check out and they responded. But the line came to see us as Cham. Arriving at the hotel, we saw that we were checking out late. We talked a long time. Regarding the universal rule of checking out, it must be 12.00. We informed them that we had notified them of late check out and were charged according to the hour that was late. Or if there are customers per room Did you notify us from the time we said you would be late to check out that there was another person in the room? But I answered that And said that I'm not worried about money. But our group checked out at the outlet. Oh, I'm confused.The air conditioned room is not cool, cools slowly. Room condition according to the price.

This was the only hotel left in Khon Kaen on a Saturday night that had one Double bed available for a couple.Very nice room.Very good breakfast.The Avani had nothing, after the La Villa Hotel pulled a bait & switch room downgrade on us.

Please allow 1 star.It was the first time that I felt unimpressed with the service.Because he was the person who reserved 2 rooms for a friend at a price of 890฿ at the hotel with money transferred on April 13 (stay on April 27). Booked a deluxe room, a 2nd floor room, not counting the parking floor.When the day arrived, the hotel's form informed that Go to the floor above the reserved floor. Because the customer refuses to leave and stays..Okay, I understand. (But we made a reservation from April 13)Then we informed him: We will park the car at the hotel. Because of this sleeping friend and I am the driver of the shuttle.He said he would lock the parking spot for me. You can come and park.(My friend doesn't have a car. We pick up and drop off with one car)We went to eat and returned to send our friends to the hotel first.Then we drove another friend to another hotel.Finished, we returned to this hotel. I will drive in and park.But... what we encountered is There was an older man who looked like he was really angry at us. We parked the car in front of the hotel. We press the glass and talk to him.Me: I told you and I will bring the car to park at the hotel. Friends stay in room 11 12.Elder man: (face looks like he's very angry at us) When will you take out the car? You have to park multiple cars here. People who leave late leave it inside. Leave it outside in the morning.Me: Leaving at 7 a.m.Older man: (still looking dissatisfied)Me: What's wrong with you? Well, I told the hotel and I would come park. Are you dissatisfied? What did you do wrong?Elder: No, my face looks like this.Me: OK, you can't park.P.S.
