Cheap hotel (613 a night) in a good location in Khon Kaen. But the quality unfortunately is not to be found. It's enough to shower and sleep but fails at several points.- Hairs in & on the fridge for some reason;- Stained pillow cover;- Hairs on the pillows;- Stained toilet bowl.For the rest, the room was spacious, had no bad smell, not really noisy even though my room was on the parking lot side, enough parking space, has access to the main road, good enough service.Would I recommend it? Mehhhh, only if you looking for a cheap and easy place to sleep for a night😴✅(I have updated my review from a 2 star, to a 3 star review because I appreciate and accept the apology given by the owner. Looking back on my experience, it was "fine" for the price (which is normally even lower)).

The place to stay is good. The room is reasonably wide, but the entrance is cramped due to 2 electric poles between the entrance. Because the entrance is being rebuilt, there is a lot of dust.

Clean, inexpensive accommodation. Room 3, single bed 650 baht, room 2 bed 450 baht. Located in an alley, not very deep. There is private parking. There is only one employee. There are 5-6 steps to the building. Carrying your bags and clothes up there is not difficult at all. Arrived late at night. The room is old but looks good. Overall ok. I like it.

Very convenient. There is a restaurant at the entrance of the alley. And then there is an ironing shop and a coin-operated laundry. There is a Family Mart nearby as well.
