The balcony can't be opened, it's full of bird droppings. The room is just the right size, doesn't keep sound. When walking, you can hear the sound inside very clearly. Expensive compared to the room and comfort. Stayed for 790 but there were a lot of people and the parking lot was full.

Room not yet ready even though assigned by reception. But that wasn't the cleaning lady's fault.Balcony completely full of bird droppings, maybe that's where the name comes from (B for Bird Hotel). It looks like it hasn't been cleaned for a year, as have the windows.Otherwise, the rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. OK for one night

❇️ Overall good, clean room, very cool air conditioner, good pillows, not flattened, water blanket, strong water, fun shower.❇️ Near various places Near Bueng Thung Sang exercise place Near the tourist attraction Thuat, Khon Kaen✅ Plenty of parking, but if you arrive late on Friday, you may have to park outside the hotel.✅ Ovaltine coffee service is available 24 hours a day, hot water, cold water with plates, 20 ฿ per set, water, snacks are available for sale in the lobby, ok price.😢 This bird poop problem cannot be solved at all. The car's paint is completely stained if you park it directly under the first building.😄 It is recommended to make an awning that extends another 1 meter from the building at the parking lot. It would be great.
