Book through agodaThe room is very bad. The air conditioner is broken, not as shown in the picture, has a bad smell, has people's nails, very dirty. The service staff is not good, wearing slippers to walk into the room. There are 3 Burmese receptionists. Don't believe fake reviews that give 5 stars.

Unlike the information on Agoda, there was no microwave or even towels, and everything was very dirty.The room smelled of resin, the springs of the fake king bed made up of two singles pushed together were broken, the sheets were full of stains and dirt, and the windows wouldn't close completely and were full of bugs. Water does not flow in the sink.I visit Thailand several times a year, so I have experienced many cheap hotels, but this one is by far the worst.

The most HORRIBLE place I've ever lived.Wifi stopped working on the second day. Every day I asked to fix it, to which the smiling employee only fed me promises that tomorrow, tomorrow, but nothing was fixed. Terrible customer focus.The plumbing was broken - water was dripping, which caused the wood to get wet and the floor in the bathroom was constantly wetThe only plus is the presence of a bath.The air conditioning didn't work well, but thank you for working at all.A window with a hole that closely resembles a bullet, and this is not a joke.HORRIBLY DIRTY CARPET WITH DEAD COCKROACHES IN THE CORNERS. Here everything is the same as with the Wi-Fi repair - I asked them to clean up every day, they agreed, but no action was taken.SERVICE - it doesn't get any worse!People reading my review - DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE, READ OTHER PEOPLE'S REVIEWS BEFORE YOU MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE AS ME.THOSE WHO RATE 5 STARS - THE REVIEWS ARE EITHER PURCHASED OR PICKED UP.
