Second time staying, years after my first time.Same as years ago, my deluxe window room becomes a windowless box upon arrival. Seems they do this systematically, downgrading rooms after bookings are paid. Last time I argued till I got given a room of the standard i'd paid for. This time those alternative rooms were very hot with no AC put on beforehand, me drenched in sweat already, 6 floors up the stairs, then all the way down to retrieve the key card for the windowless room i'd rejected and then opted to take just so I'd stop sweating. You guys really master the art of making guests feel welcome... NOT!It's tedious to argue, like i did last time, so this time i'm leaving a 1-star review to go with it.N.B. it is also bad form to refuse a refund for two cancelled nights when those are nights 2 and 3 with the refund requested (reason being a medical emergency) upon arrival, before the first night.

Very unhealthy place. From the time I entered building I can smell sewer and mold throughout the entire building. Building and the rooms are totally uninhabitable. This place is way under average. Stay away for sure. (Picture: view from the 5 th floor window)

The overall room is ok, there is no elevator, but the service of the staff is a fat lady. Very bad service Likes to get annoyed at customers speak loudly You don't speak well at all. I would like to buy water in the refrigerator. He made his eyes cross, annoyed at him, as if he was dissatisfied with making him get up so often. I mean, we're not going to ask, we're going to buy. We went to stay for several days. That is, Aunty isn't good one day, bad every day. We go to use the service and pay money, but it's like we're asking for a place to live?? If Auntie changes her behavior There may be customers who come back to stay again and again.** And there is a service lady (Thai housekeeper) who always smiles at customers and gives good service.

Aggressive staff, the room was bad.Check-in was easy, and the woman who greeted me was nice. I got to the room and was disappointed, but I couldn't even open the door because the bed was in the way. In the morning, 1 woman knocked on my door at 11:30 and said, "Check out." I told her that I was packing and charging my phone. She said ok and left then at 12:05 a different woman came stomping and beating on the door so aggressively, I said I was coming but she continued to yell at me in thai. I booked this place because it says they speak English, but I disagree with that statement. The only woman who spoke decent English was the woman who checked me in. The woman that was screaming at me is super unprofessional, if I was a business owner, I'd fire her, no one should be screaming and get aggressive with a client over a 5 minute late check out. She must've been having a bad day and took it out on me. Imagine that you start your day off with an angry thai woman cussing at you because you're 5 minutes late to check out. I should've been faster, but when I told the first woman I was coming, she said "okay" so I thought we were on the same page. This is a cheap hostel, I paid 12 dollars after tax on a Saturday night, and my expectations weren't high, but I got less than I expected.

I traveled with my mom. I was worried because of the reviews below,A little girl greeted me at the desk and was very friendly.The room I stayed in had a private bathroom.The room was clean, but there were some parts that were a bit disappointing, such as the sink and shower.However, there is a coin laundry right in front, and the bus stop to Pattaya is also right in front, so it is a convenient location in many ways.

too dirty hotel as well as too dirty atmosphere…main thing is common washroom and toilet, aslo no staff available. Rooms are too small not other facilities in the room, they are never ready for cleaning and also never change the tovels and other things…it’s really 3rd class hotel…we are not statisfied for live in this hotel because all things are 3rd class and dirty.

We checked in at around 1 a.m.Check out at 11 a.m., almost noon.But during the time to check out, a housekeeper came and knocked on the room around 11.40 1 time.And at 11.53, a female employee called one more time in a voice that didn't know who she was angry at.Said check out at noon, if you don't come down the electricity will be cut off.Which he told our girlfriend who left first that we could check out before 1:30 noon. and had the housekeeper come and knock on our roomWe already know what time we should leave. which we had already planned the check-out time But the fact that the hotel had the housekeeper knock on the room and call us seemed like they wanted us to hurry and leave. It's not okay like this. The service is even worse. Very bad.Regarding the room on the 6th floor, there is no elevator (they have already informed the guest that there is no elevator. We don't have anything wrong with this.)*The walkway leading up to the room has quite a smell.

Slept here for a night. Less than 10 mins walk to BTS Phra Khanong station. Haven't taken a pic of the room but it was comfy for a solo traveler like me. I like the bathroom. It's clean.

Nice little place, the woman running it was really friendly, showers and toilets spotlessly clean , nice little neighborhood and right next to Sukhumvit road, there was also a supermarket and a train station within a few minutes away but I think it’s a bit far from the main part of Bangkok.

Location is convenient, you got 7-11 and various of restaurants within 5mins walk. No elevator, wi-fi wasn’t very convenient and speed. Free coffee and tea beside the reception, a shared kitchen at 1st floor. Good for a short stay.
