The staff and staff provide very good service, are attentive and give advice. The place is clean, there is a swimming pool, a restaurant, and a karaoke room. Breakfast is good with a variety to choose from. Large seminar room, light and sound system works well, clean rooms, clean bathrooms, shower rooms, good water flow.

Try using the spa, which is a really good massage for over 1 hour. It's like going into another world. I felt relaxed and comfortable. After the massage I wanted to invite my friends to come again. The masseuse is Ms. Fern, a very good massage. I recommend it.

The hotel is only a 5-minute drive from the city center. The hotel building has 12 floors. The rooms are still in good condition, with all amenities, a hairdryer, and a wide, comfortable bed. The bathroom has a divider between the wet area and the dry area. There is parking in front of the building, under the building and in the meeting room area. Service staff with a smile For anyone who has driven and wants to enter the city. It is recommended to use the back exit as it is more convenient than turning right out in front of the hotel. If I come to Khon Kaen again, I will stay again.

Went there for dinner to celebrate my wife's birthday at the Globe restaurantFirst, they didn't have the beers that were listed on theThen they didn't have the entre that was listed on the drinks menuWe ordered garlic bread, which was cold and very ordinary, to the managers credit she apologised and agreed with us and didn't charge it to the bill.The main meal was OK just but I was very disappointed overall, my wife couldn't eat hers because it was so salty.They did bring out a small birthday cake for my wife, which was nice.The manager and staff were very nice and again apologised about the food which apparently had received complaints from other customers.Personally, we won't be back.

My brother will be having his wedding ceremony at this beautiful hotel. We have scheduled the Khan Maak procession for early Sunday morning to accommodate all family members and honored guests, ensuring their availability for the celebration.I am very impressed with the elegant decoration and the generous size of the hotel room.

I very much enjoyed my recent stay at Avani Hotel. The room was spacious, clean and very comfotable. The staff was welcoming (big smiles) and helpful. I would like to mention in particular Mr. Dja who was attentive and very helpful. It is certainly worth mentioning that communication with Mr Dja was easy and pleasant as he speaks, besides Thai, fluently English, French and understands German. All in all, a hugely satisfying stay!

I had a wonderful stay at Avani Khon Kaen! The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from. I would say Avani Khon Kaen is a good option when you are visiting Khon Kaen. Special thanks to Dja, who was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout my stay.

-The room is not soundproof at all. I hear noises outside all the time. Whoever opened the door to enter the room could hear it (all night).-The lights throughout the hotel, both outside and in the room, are quite dark. Plus it's an orange light. Putting on makeup is very difficult.- The water when showering gets hot and works very slowly. Plus you can't adjust the warm temperature. There is only hot and cold water.- The bed is quite hard.- Medium breakfast Nothing particularly delicious- Limited parking, go when there's a party. Hardly able to find a place to park.- Bathroom supplies not complete. No toothbrush Only one shower cap is provided.- Drinking water, fill up only one bottle. If you don't demand, they won't give (usually 2 bottles per day).

The first stay was impressive in many ways, such as the welcome of the staff, their willingness to provide good service, even though they checked in late at night, the staff were willing to take care of the welcome, recommending places, swimming pools, meeting rooms. Introducing the use of key cards and elevators, etc. until the atmosphere of the room On the fourth floor, the room is just the right size, complete with amenities. The mattress is soft and firm. You can sleep all night. Two pillows are fully used. The light in front of the mirror to read is not enough to put on makeup. Use the method of opening the curtains wide. The light in the bathroom is a little low, not enough for applying makeup. The bathroom is beautiful and the water flows well. But in the wet zone, the tile floor is quite slippery. When bathing with bubbles, you have to be extra careful, otherwise you may slip and fall. Fully stocked mini snack bar There was hot water for Misha to brew, but the condition of the glass was as shown in the picture. Not sure if it was a stain caused by the condition of the glass or not having been cleaned. I'm not sure, but I tried using hot water to wash it. It's good to continue using. The refrigerator hidden in a dark cabinet is not very cool and I can't find the adjustment. Oh, there are no robes in this room, but there is a hair dryer for use. Overall, I will stop by to use the services here again.
