3 spacious bedroom with kitchen & living room. Have netflix & you tube on tv already so is kids friendly. Provide coffee , tea & snacks. Wi fi is good. Air con is good. Apartment a little old but good. Spacious room. Provide many blankets. Provide shower gel, shampoo & conditioner ve try convenient. Many food nearby, 10 mins walk to nana bts. Many spa nearby. Opposite aloft hotel. I. Morning, their curtain doesnt block out light so light can be seen through. One room have bathtub, great for kids. Provide hair dryer. Use password to enter home, very convenient for many family members to stay together. Check out suppose to be at 11am, owner let us check out at 1pm, very happy.

Everything is good, even though it's cheapThere is a BTS station just a short walk away, and a convenience store nearby.There is a small swimming pool and gym on the rooftop.There are many bars around, so you can have a quick drink and then return to your accommodation.

I would completely rate this as five stars as the place was immaculate, 3 bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms, pool table ,full kitchen and close to bars and restaurants. The only downside was that we were near bars,clubs etc that played loud music till 2-3 am so we didn't get any sleep until they finished. If you want to party till early hours,great, if you want to sleep, you won't get a lot.

The sound of people all night long. I couldn't sleep due to the sound of the machine. There is no hot water, the water pressure is weak, and even the towels. You can find answers by looking at the surroundings on a map and reading reviews. Haha even the wifi is slow. A place that makes you want to go home. Recommended if you want to eat cheaply.

We had a very bad experience as owner Darren was very rude.At first, this was a self check-in BnB. When I just arrived and reported to Darren that the Master Room's door could not be closed properly and left a large gap.He gave me an odd reply in text: "HOW DID YOU BREAK MY DOOR?"Such impolite manner could stop all my further communication.Because I knew every my report on facilities issues would be regarded as "customer's destruction" and might subjected to claim money in reverse.Further issues such as detached socket (my wife nearly electric shock), toilet door couldn't close, AC noise at one room, AC water drip at living room, water blockage......I were afraid to report.Of course, he has never fixed the door gap issue although he promised me to fix it next day.We were travellers and just stayed there for few days. What's the intention and advantages of broken the facilities and made ourselves suffer for few days ? We really very mind of his impolite response.Darren replied in B&B webpage his house keeping team had checked everything before I checked in. However, he might be too believe and relied on his team and never came to have a look at his suite.I saw a dead coakcouch on the floor from day 1 to day 5 without proper cleaning.I have taken full record of photos and movies of facilities issues from check-in day to check-out day to record every issue was unchanged.Also we took a video of check out time at 11:00am that we properly made the suite clean and tidy. Not as he commented us put rubbish everywhere in BnB webpage reply. We, his customers, were framed by him.Moreover, I also recorded housekeepers said that check-out is ok in order to protect us (although all facilities issues were still the same!)What a bad experience !!!

I have a bad experience in this flat.We arrive JJ Mansion about 5pm because the owner emphasis that check in must after 2pm. When we go into the building and look for a staff. There is nobody in the lobby. Suddenly, a lady (know as a guest relation later, only she in here) behind a wall turn her head outside the wall to take a look to us without any reply. So we go to our flat by ourselves.After we get into the flat, the sitting room and dining room is quite good but with some bad smell. It is acceptable. After we turn on the air conditioner, it become better.However, the bed rooms facilities are not pass.(1)One bed room’s door cannot close as a gap between the top of the door and the door frame.(2)a socket is not attached with the wall.(3)a toilet door cannot close.(4)all bath room water is not hot enough and very slow flow.Last night before we check out, we confirm the time is 11am tomorrow. The owner say it will need a check before we leave the flat. In the morning. We are waiting the guest relation in the flat. But nobody come until 11am. We go to the lobby and ask a guest relation that we are waiting for a long time. Then she go quickly likely to check the flat. After several minutes, she come back and say it is ok. Therefore, we leave the building.In the check in day, we report to the owner that the bed room door cannot close, the owner only ask “how did you break the door?” but not check and investigate the reason and solve the problem. The owner only say his staff check the flat before every guest check in. His staff is off now and will check later. But the door not to be repaired until we check out.My experience stay the flat is bad. Not only the facilities, also the owner’s manner and solving problem skill. Guest feeling is bad. The owner just thinking on his side. If something is wrong, it is the guest responsibility.

Our U.S. family vacationed together in Bangkok. It was important for our time to be as comfortable and convenient as possible to accommodate our family of 5 (including an infant) with diverse needs and comforts. The pictures and description of 5B were exact. The space looks just as great in-person. The unit was very spacious and clean. We never heard our neighbors, only faintly heard the parties from nearby hotels and bars. The accommodations and service exceeded our expectations. The staff are very attentive and thorough. Darren responds immediately to requests and gave us his full attention. The bed and bedding were fantastic after a long day of touring. The WiFi was consistent, plenty of TV options with Netflix and Prime, the balcony spaces allowed us to enjoy the nightlife scene, and the kitchen was fully stocked to meet our needs. Since we had access to a washer and clothesline, we packed less and washed as we needed. There are also laundry services downstairs. The options for dining, entertainment, and people-watching seemed endless. Taxi and tuktuk drivers were plentiful and right at the building entrance. The Sukhumvit trains were just a few blocks away within walking distance. The location and services make this residence a great option for us.

Agree with other reviews here, we have mixed feelings about this place. On one hand the owner was responsive and very friendly, they even provided a lot of amenities in the house for the guests. The downside was it was too noisy to sleep at night and there are pounding from the clubs through the walls. The water pressure was also very weak in some bathrooms but still doable for short stays. The street was lively at night, but it leans towards the rowdier crowd kind, so we didn’t feel comfortable staying here with young children.Unfortunately this stay was not suitable for us.

The security guard has very bad manners. Come rent a room here. Then bring the car in to park. But he came back to write a note and put it on the front of the car. I probably won't come to stay in the future 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Mixed feeling on the review, book a 3 bedrooms apartment. Each of the rooms has a queen size bed and a attached toilet, very suitable for family of any size, even if you have small group of friends, this is very convenient for everyone. The rooms are very wide and spacious, beds are comfy, loving area and dining area is awesome. The only down side is the place is quite worn out. The pubs and clubs does close at 4 am so it can be noisy
