Very kind, helpful responsive host, who makes amazing breakfast. The rooms are clean, beds very comfortable, AC and wifi working perfectly. Despite being only 150 m away from Soi cowboy street (night life) and 5 min away by walk to nearest shopping center and Asok BTS and Sukhumvit MRT, it is very quiet at night and you can get a good sleep.Reccomend it. Worth the price

I came to the faraway land of Thailand and met a very kind and grateful lady boss. Everything was explained and the meal was included. It was the best value for the price. If I travel again, I will definitely stay here again. Things to eat and see nearby. There were a lot of things to do, and there was Cheppe Fish Market nearby, so transportation was good.Anyway, the owner here was really kind and nice.

This is a wonderful place to stay in the heart of Bangkok.They are spotlessly clean,everywhereWe have 3 nights here with our dog and it was really comfortable and friendly.The hotel owner let us stay with our dog and we were very grateful,because it’s really hard to find such a good place to stay with your pet in Bangkok,and the hoteldog Siva was our best friend during this tripThank you so much for this amazing experience!Highly recommended 🫶🏻

The friendliest guesthouse in Bangkok ! 2 mins away from party center yet room is quiet . Only 3 mins away from subway Sukhumvit station, 7 mins from famous shopping mall- Terminal 21. Also room is very clean cozy, breakfast is the best for this budget price. Highly recommended

It's a renovated home with a yard and parking for a motorcycle. The room is okay for a good night's sleep. You can put money in the minibar in front of the front door and buy alcohol or ramen. You put laundry in the large washing machine, put detergent in it, cover it, put in 7 10-baht bills, and it runs automatically. In the morning. Breakfast is simple. Employees arrive at 8 in the morning and leave at 8 in the evening. There are no employees at night, so be polite... I have a corner room on the 1st floor with air conditioning. Fortunately, the bathroom is inside. The upstairs has a bathroom outside, and there is a random draw... 3 Indian friends on the 2nd floor. They come in and out from time to time, but when they come in at dawn, they say they are going to the bathroom and take a shower, and they thump for more than an hour. So they go up and ask me to be quiet because it is noisy, so I don't know what to say... ㅠㅠ On the contrary, the Western types are noble, so they come in and out without saying a word, say hello often, and it is quiet. There is no noise between floors. Otherwise, it's a quiet place to stay. The owner's dog, Shiba Inu, and the black cat that beats her all the time. Rest at the table in the yard, smoke, and talk. Highly recommended for those with time to spare. Not recommended for sensitive or busy people. Pay more and go to a bigger hotel.
