Judging based on reviews has done us dirty.. i mean my family. We traveled seeing the reviews was quiet shocked when we came to the place because it was appaling.. its absolutely not a family hotel. No room service, no breakfast. Nothing... they dnt even have complimentary tea or coffee or even a hot kettle or water bolttle. They dnt have a lift and he had to be on the 4th floor so had to carry all the luggage by ourselves. Not even a pool boy. Ac doesnt work well. IT IS NOT A FAMILY HOTEL... MORE LIKE A HOSTEL. after such a long journey the hotel owner scammed us. Also the coffee house u see its not functional..its a sham. They dnt sell anything downstairs. And and most of all we asked for double bed, they charged us for double bed but when we got into the room thr were 3 single beds. My son is 6 years old and he cant sleep alone.. now what will i do? 😡😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

I stayed at Sweet Hotel for 3 nights. The owners were fantastic. They very accommodating when I had issues and were there to please and help.The location is a bit off the main strip which is perfect. Easy to walk to the heart of Patong but just far enough away that it was quiet. Will be recommending this place to any of my friends who are visiting Phuket!

We enjoyed our 2 nights stay here.. Big room with balcony, tv & fridge. Great location as it is closer to market & shops where you can find cheapest foods. It's 10 mins walk from Patong beach. We were satisfied with their service as they went all the way to make you have a enjoyable stay. Definitely will stay here again.

The five stars are for the motorbike rental there. They have the best price ever and the best service. If you need a bike we definitely recommending this place. We have a own apartment in Patong, that why we do not need a room and can not give stars for the hotel, but the staff we know for two years already and they are profy 😉

Stayed in this hotel for 4 days with my sister. The hotel is seriously very clean. (We actually didn't expect that they would clean our room everyday and give us more towels) The hotel owners are very nice and helpful. There is a market that is near this place so its location is convenient. ||Definetely recommend this hotel!
