I was considering whether to review it or not but I think I need to review it for future guests.I booked a room at Arawana Residence Phrom Phong for 2 nights, on the same day and I stayed there that night.Overall, the location is near BTS Phrom Phong and EM Districts area, extremely convenient for traveling and shopping.Pros:- Location is near BTS Phrom Phong, main line- Near EM Districts- There is a 7Eleven right at the beginning of the alleyCons:- You will need to walk a few meters to Arawana Express Phrom Phong Hotel to meet the receptionist and they will let you check-in at the residence. Quite inconvenient but maybe not a big problem.- The room is not as described in the photo. In fact, the room is much older than the photo (from the dining table, kitchen utensils, small bathroom, wardrobe, ...) Really old and has cracks.- One more thing, the room has cockroaches, so they put 2 jars of scent to avoid cockroaches. However, my room had a very big cockroach but I closed my eyes and ignored it.Yes, and that's all I want to review for everyone.I can continue to stay here but I hope the hotel/apartment please renovate the facilities so that customers can feel more secure.

Mình thấy giá phòng rẻ. Không có thang máy nên sẽ phải tự xách đồ lên nhen. Vị trí cách bts khoảng 5-10ph đi bộ. Bị cái đối diện có quán nhậu nên buổi tối hơi ồn. Vì giá rẻ nên hỏng có đòi hỏi đc nhiều. Không có máy sấy đâu nhen.I found the room price cheap. There is no elevator so you will have to carry your things up yourself. Location is about 5-10 minutes walk from BTS. Because there is a pub opposite, it's a bit noisy at night. Because it's cheap, you can't ask for much if it's damaged. There's no dryer.

I received a room on the 4th floor, but because it was under construction, there were large cockroaches on the first floor. On the 4th floor, when I turned on the water in another room, the exhaust fan made a very loud noise, so I couldn't sleep. There's nothing to point out about the service or anything like that, but as an accommodation, it's the worst. If it rains, the surrounding areas will be flooded, so be prepared to wear slippers.

It was still under renovation.Check-in and check-out were done at the nearby Arawana Express, and although it was a little inconvenient, the staff were kind and courteous, so I had a good impression.

I was scammed by Arawana Residence....I booked a very nice looking room on Agoda and I thought I was getting a good deal. It said King Bed, window, and the pictures online looked really nice. When I arrived the room was a joke (see the picture), they gave me a twin bed in a tiny room with no window. They said the room that I booked is not currently available.When I told them that this isn't my room, and I asked if I could have a discount - I was willing to pay half the price for the bad room. They said my only option was to find a different hotel if I wanted a refund. Tired from a long trip, I didn't want to find another hotel so I stayed there, paying the full price.After a week of complaining to Agoda and the hotel that I was unfairly treated, I was offered 100 baht but I have to pick it up from them directly, in cash. I'm not even in Bangkok anymore. The customer service and management here is a joke. I'll never be coming here again.I've enjoyed my stay in other hotels, there are much better options than this one.

This hotel is a horror place. Those beautiful comments on the google map are all fake. The owner is a scammer who put fake pictures and information for cheating money. The beautiful rooms on the website are not exist. The hotel itself is completely broken and nasty. Don’t go there.

The location is good, but the hotel is not very new. There was no hot water in my room. There is a specific smell in the hall.

Note how many of the reviews are written in the same manner by the same type of accounts. Those are fake reviews and most of them are talking about things about the hotel that does not exist.Rooms are smelly, dirty, and doors cannot be locked from the outside. Soundproofing is non-existant. I highly recommend going elsewhere.
