I recently stayed at Hotel JAL Bangkok for 5 days and 4 nights, and it was a fantastic experience. The service was outstanding, especially from Petch and Ten, who went above and beyond. Thank you for coordinating the birthday cake and our other requests!The rooms were impeccably clean, and the beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable. My only minor issue was that the slippers were a bit too thin. Overall, I highly recommend Hotel JAL Bangkok for its excellent service and cozy accommodations!

Great location, just 1-2 mins walk from Thong Lor Exit 1 if you know the short patg. Next to 7-11, there's an alley to Nikko Hotel. Walk pass the lobby of Nikko Hotel, you'll see Hotel JAL in front of you.

This review is about the hotel restaurant called S-Sen. We had an excellent lunch for three people. I think the theme was Korean food. And you barbecued your own meat at the table. It was delicious. It cost roughly 1300 baht for three people to get full at lunch. I strongly recommend the place.

Wonderful service especially Ms. Opal was very helpful and treated me with kindness. This trip was our first time in Bangkok, she recommended me a shopping mall nearby also tourist attractions . This hotel is a good location 5 minutes to sky train (BTS Thonglor). We are coming back to this hotel.

The location was very good, there were convenience stores and massage parlors nearby, which was really nice. The cleaning was thorough and I didn't feel inconvenienced. I'm looking forward to staying there again next time.

One of the worst dinner i’ve ever had. With only 10-15 customers in the whole s-sen restaurant, the food is so late to arrived that we have to call the manager up to ask for our food. Nothing happens. THIS IS BAD!

BTS Thonglor Station, 7-Eleven, and a cash exchange office are within walking distance, so you won't have any trouble living here.This hotel is located further back than the hotel across the street, so access to the road side is worse than the hotel across the street.Also, from the window you can only see the rotary in front of you and the hotel across the street, so you can't expect a great view.However, the hotel staff seemed cheerful and gave a good impression. The entrance is clean and there are a few places to sit.The guest rooms are clean and have a gorgeous impression, but there are two bad points.One is that the water pressure in the shower is weak. Second, there were about 3 flies in the bathtub when we arrived.Breakfast was a buffet style, basically Japanese food, and the taste was okay. Good.There were also 3 elevators and they were fast so I didn't have any problems.It was a slightly better hotel than a typical business hotel in Japan, but I had the impression that it had a bit of a Thai feel to it.

The location is close to the BTS station, and the environment in the inner street is relatively quiet. Japanese hotels will have facial cleansing foam. At this price and advertised as Japanese style, there is no such thing. It is really unexpected. I stayed for three nights, and on the last night After changing the bed, I felt all over my body was sensitive when I slept at night, but there was no such problem for the first two days.
