Be careful of them, you will see them as swindlers when they come out, they will fine you for breaking things in the rooms from the beginning.Also the room service is very badThere are insects in the rooms

The sheets have bedbugs in them, the reception blocks the wifi, and they want money to clean the rooms. The bathroom has cockroaches.

I do not recommend living there. The rooms have a smell, even the bathroom. When the rooms are cleaned, the employees steal from the customers’ belongings. Even the water is cut off from time to time in the bathroom, and the receptionists do not respond to complaints of theft. I mean, in general, whoever lives there bears the fraud from them.

Unlucky no palace hotel, really avoided.From the entrance the ceiling falls half, mouse droppings in the reception and then in the room to top it off dirty sheets with hairs, questionable stains on my cushions and at least 5 cockroaches in the room. Little extra I had forgotten my card in the room the gentleman told me that he did not have a duplicate that I had to pay 1200 bath to a locksmith and when I said that I did not want to pay as if by chance he finds double 🤣🤦🏻♂️ I left the same day I arrived I didn't spend a night there it wasn't possible.SERIOUSLY AVOID

I stayed here over NYE booked for 3 nights.Only stayed for 2.Great location but that's all I could say.I generally leave good reviews but couldn't for this one.- I booked a room for a king size bed.I arrived and they gave me a room with two single beds. They refused to give me the room I paid for and still charged me the same amount.- The room they gave me had mold all over the bathroom roof. Posted pics- the toilet blocked and spoke to the manager he said he would come around and fix it. Didn't hear back from him in two days so ended up leaving early and booking into a new hotel.Who knows- maybe if they put me in the room I paid for perhaps it would have been a much better experience with no bold, a proper bed and bathroom.

Be warned that this hotel should not be operating. They are still doing their renovations and the rooms are FILTHY!There wasn’t any mention of current renovations when we book our rooms. We were put in 6th floor without any elevators working. Upon entering the room, we were appalled to find it in a filthy and unsanitary state. The AC is broken, floors were visibly dirty, surfaces were covered in dust, and there were stains in bed linens. It is disappointing that the hotel continued its operations without adequately mitigating the impact on guests.

Room service nil. Multiple requests for a towel. No cleaning. Safe doesn't work. Staff had no idea how it worked and the manager didn't come.First room was smaller than my booking and had moldy towels in the closet. Air conditioning broken. After complaining, I received a larger room, but still not what I had booked. Windows cannot be opened (so no fresh air). Hotel is in the Arab quarter... you have to like it if you're willing to go for it. Otherwise the hotel is very central.

The location is good. The hotel is next to all the restaurants, grocery stores, and shops.The room is alright. We stayed in a deluxe room with a king-size bed, TV and table, fridge, and coffee station, including kettle and cups. There is also a cute little coffee table and two armchairs.Now, the bathroom is a letdown here. The water was constantly dripping, and the bathroom smelled funny (probably the piping system).The facility overall is okay. There is an elevator 🛗The service side of things was terrible. We arrived after 6 pm. The owner was there to check us in. It took a long time to check us in...the following morning, the receptionist didn't have a clue that we checked in last night and was asking for our details all over again 🥲Then we were thinking of extending our stay for another two nights, the receptionist said speak to their owner and we waited for him until almost 8pm and still did not have any answer.The following morning, we went down to follow up with the receptionist. She let us view a twin bed room. We then got to speak to the owner. He gave us a new room with a king-sized bed and said that the room would be available after noon.We went down at 1pm, the room was not ready. We went down to the reception again at 2pm. She gave us the key. We went up to the new room - and it hasn't been cleaned.So we left the hotel to find another place to stay.We think that the owner really needs to step up their management so that customers can have a smooth experience and so that their hotel can be organised and drama-free!
