From the first time I stayed in the room on the second floor of house b in November 2022, j k Lennon felt that the facilities were novel at the time, but there were only some minor shortcomings, such as no hand soap, only two bath towels, bottled water not being replenished for multi-day stays, and garbage disposal. Handle it yourself. I have stayed here more than five times in the past three years, in all room types, but I feel that the owner is not maintaining the property. The facilities in the room are becoming more and more dilapidated or even broken. For example, in the room Matilda stayed in on the third floor this time, the air-conditioning in the room was dripping seriously, causing water to accumulate in the sink and drawers. The air-conditioning in the room was not cool enough, the sockets in the bathroom were broken and unresponsive, and you could hear sounds like a water pump 24 hours a day. Noisy, slow TV response, unable to watch smoothly, etc. I will never choose to stay in the B house that I loved so much in the future.

It’s an Airbnb instead of hotel. There’s no front desk nor any information provided prior check in. I had to contact the contact person via instagram and email by myself and got no response. I ended up had to call the number on their website to get the door code. And of course we weren't provided with the wifi info.We stayed at the Presidential Suite located on the ground floor. One of the air conditioners was broken from the second day and it was 30+ degree Celsius outside. There was water leaking and also ice cubes flying out from the ac. We had to leave the bedroom door opened couple hours before we sleep in order to have cool air from the one in the living room. I tried to contact the airbnb owner about the broken air conditioner but got zero response.Although the place is lovely and clean, the customer service was terrible. I won’t recommend anyone to stay there.

The 5th floor means you can't sleep at all. The sound of the water pump is very loud all the time. All day and all night🥲 I have informed the page but there is no response at all...

This room is one of the best in Bangkok! We were pleasantly surprised when we first visited because it exceeded our expectations! It has a European-style feel to it. We had the entire floor to ourselves, which means it’s spacious and large.There are four rooms: a kitchen, a living room, a bedroom, and a large bathroom (with the toilet and shower room separated). The decoration is incredibly luxurious, which is very impressive. I also appreciate the security of the doors here. They use electronic locks for every front room, so you need to enter a code to access both the main door and your own room.However, we did encounter some issues. Since there is no reception or someone on standby, whenever we had problems, we had to call the administration or leave messages on their Facebook page, which sometimes took a while to get a response. So, it was a bit inconvenient.Also, the Internet signal ( 5G ), and Wifi signal is super weak inside.

Booked more than half a year in advance for 3 nights totaling 5,000 yuanHowever, one week before the reservation, the landlord requested to cancel the lease due to the reason of repairing the room.After cancellation, you can still see the information that this room is available on the website, and the price has almost tripled. It is really bad to force guests who booked in advance to cancel their reservations during the Chinese New Year because they want to make more money! Guests who book early during the peak season need to be careful. The landlord will use bad reasons to ask you to cancel the reservation, disrupting your wonderful trip.

Near BTS - pretty convenient. Nice decor, spacious. Essentially a self-contained apartment. Has Netflix. There is also a bathtub for the room I chose.Before you book, please take note that the website advertisement was rather misleading. It should have been advertised as a self-help digital lock access apartment. It should also indicate the 4 rooms there, so that you can choose a lower or higher floor room. What I hated most was that I could not contact the host at the given contact number. So, it was scary to arrive in late evening, and unsure of how to retrieve access. The email on digital lock password was sent on the same day of arrival, which unfortunately I did not read in a timely manner. Even if you arrive early, you may still be lost, as there is nobody around, and you are fully reliant on the phone contact number. A big no for anyone who is unfamiliar with digital lock access. I also feel that the host/ operator should be more responsible to be able to be contactable at all times, if it wants to run a successful self-help rental apartment. Since there was no service at all after I managed to let me and my partner in, I was disappointed that there was only 1 roll of toilet paper, 2 disposable toothbrush with mini toothpaste tubes to last my 3 nights stay there. There ought to have been at least 2 rolls of toilet paper, and sufficient toothpaste tubes. As for the bed, it was the springy type, which means it will shake when your partner moves slightly on his/her side of bed. Pillow was rather thin for my liking. There are no extra pillows around.

We barely found a hotel. There was some cleaning lady downstairs who spoke very little English. We barely recognized the room numbers. Communication with the owner is very difficult.

Very cosy apartment in a great neighbourhood. It is always a pleasure to come back after a long city day. The top floor apartment is excellent with a nice outside balcony in the backyard. Great to wind down. 😎😉

The accommodation is self service, there is no reception.We slept in JK Lennon's room. The room was very beautiful. I really like the decoration of this room. I think the interior is well thought out. Entering there are 4 rooms: a bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom. The bathroom is very spacious. There is a sink section and a shower section with complete equipment, as well as a kitchen, including plates, cutlery, pans, and a microwave. I feel that it's a great value at a price not exceeding 4,000 baht.But I would like to complain about the parking lot being very little. There are only two places in front of the accommodation. If it's full, you have to park in the parking lot next to it. But it's not very good, there is no fence to separate the boundary and there is an additional cost. I would like to deduct the parking issue. Other than that, it's okay.I think I'll definitely come again and try staying in more rooms. Because each room is decorated differently and has a different theme, you may not bring a car next time.

The interior decoration style is beautiful and it has its own balcony. The appliances that should be in the room are very particular, and you can feel the aesthetic atmosphere of the owner. The old house renovated without an elevator is not suitable for the elderly, but everything else is great. Next time I go there, I would like to check out other room types at Stay.

Stayed at the highest floor thus comments made based on experience at the highest floor only.The room at the highest floor comes with a balcony, which is great and it feels homey.The biggest issue with this room is the water pump sound , guess the motor was located right above the room and thus you gonna bear with the water pump sound whenever someone in the block is using the washroom. This is a bad experience because its major loud, not minor and it can really affect your sleep at night. Too noisy.There is a water proof curtain beside the bath tub but the curtain did not cover the glass fully. If you are using the shower stand, i wonder if someone staying higher floor opposite us can see us showering?The carpet and the sofa is really dirty, stains are clearly visible.Not recommended to stay at the highest floor.

My friend and I will check in from 2022/11/17-11/19.We lived in a loft with a large balcony, and my friend lived on the second floor. The overall visual and hardware facilities are pretty good, but the accommodation experience in the attic is much worse than that on the second floor where my friends live. The following are the shortcomings of organizing the attic:1. The space is relatively small and there is a slope on the roof, which makes me feel quite oppressive.2. The biggest problem is that the pressurized motor of the entire building is on the top floor. As long as someone uses water, you will be annoyed by the strange sound of the pressurized motor pump.3. The height of the bathroom mirror is very strange. You have to adjust your own height when looking in the mirror.But my friend doesn’t have these problems on the second floor. Overall good!

Beautiful place. Comfortable and comfy BUT wish we were told abt the flight of stairs we have to climb to get to our room. Our room was on the rooftop and climbing the stairs to our room are no joke..especially if you are with an elderly person. Otherwise, great stay
