The worst hotel. I have been to more than one country and more than one hotel. I have never seen such a bad hotel. The staff have a bad attitude. Also, the reception staff are two older women. They attacked me every time I came to them, knowing that I only came to them at check-in and check-out only, and both times they were looking for any way to attack them. I have to, but if I want to give my brother some advice, please don't go, they will spoil my entire trip in Bangkok.

The worst of the worst experiences I had in this hotel, the customer service was extremely bad they got no idea how to do their job they can't accept the payment through the system when you pay online then you had to wait a very long time for it and you can't get your refund because its nonrefundable, rooms are stinky and hairs everywhere on the floor.

The hotel is excellent and clean, and the staff are very good, except for one of them who is very excellent and kind, and his name is Hafis. He is not short, and the two luggage carrying staff are excellent and respectable. Their names are Aod and Chai. To be honest, the hotel is clean and the location is close to Money Exchange Street and Arab restaurantsAnd the rooms are comfortableHe promised them interconnecting rooms suitable for familiesThe price is great for the cleanlinessThe thing that is not good is the sound of songs from dawn until 9:30

It's not great but I don't recommend it, the swimming pool area is almost abandoned. The hotel is not a 4 star hotel, maybe it was 10 years ago and still is. There's better for less. The staff is quite nice, they still wanted to keep the deposit because I had supposedly stolen a cup, but I had made a video of the room at check-in.The bed is comfortable, but there is a club right next to the hotel, the noise is very annoying, a boom boom continues, just 7/8 a.m.

Great location friendly staff very comfortable bed pool was nice on the roof but the tiles leading down into the pool need retiling as there was some broken sharp tiles which will cut you as it did my foot.

I've stayed here a couple of times. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Most imprtantly, they were kind enough to credit nights from an earlier stay I had to cut short due to an emergency which was extremely gracious of them. Thanks again,

Overall, I am satisfied.It is close to the station, and there are supermarkets and convenience stores nearby.The room condition is clean and good, but those who are sensitive to noise may be uncomfortable with the sound of conversations in the hallway or doors opening and closing. It was a shame that the swimming pool closed at 7pm. The staff were all friendly.
