It’s so stupid that the hotel didn’t provide a hair dryer.After taking a shower in the middle of the night, I found that there was no hair dryer.It’s the first time I’ve encountered something so outrageousI can't blow my whole head! !I can only run out to buy it by myself at four o'clock in the middle of the night.It’s really so bad, it’s ridiculous! !

Definitely not a 5 star hotel. More like 2-3 star apartments. Like many other reviewers have said. Room not clean. Terrible pillows (I never have neck pain, but after my stay here I do). Rooms are badly designed and unpractical, with a ‘run down’/weathered look, although the property is pretty new. The ‘City view’ room gets you a view of the wall 30cm/1 ft away. Overall this place basically feels like a scam. It’s definitely not 5 stars. The pool area and gym are alright though.

We stayed at The Alberti hotel last week and loved it! Everything was as expected super clean very nice amenities with rooftop pool gym, sauna and cafe. The room was lovely lots of space and everything you need for a relaxing stay. The staff were really helpful helped us with extending our stay, collecting deliveries at reception and even got our room ready a little earlier than check in honestly great experience!

The service staff at the counter are very good. Although the location is a little far from the city center, it is convenient to take a taxi. There is also a BTS nearby and a 7-11 downstairs. Recommended! There is also a swimming pool and gym facilities on the 8th floor! It is worth mentioning that water easily accumulates outside the toilet and the drainage system is not handled properly. However, the customer service staff will come in every day to service the room, so it is not a big problem.

Alberti is tucked away in the neighborhood away from the busy streets. The service was wonderful. The staff was very kind! The whole building was exceptionally clean! I will definitely be staying here again!

There is a good yoga center right next door. However, I think the facility fee for this hotel is too expensive. I think there are at least 10 new hotels in Bangkok at this price.I slept without using a pillow because the breakfast was unhealthy and the pillow was too high. (I didn't sleep well) Also, room 205 is only locked when the door is closed hard. The window was on the wall of the building, so it was always dark and it smelled like a sewer, even though I was using amenities with a strong scent.I was disappointed in many ways and would never recommend it to anyone.

Really nice place. Modern and quiet.Rooms are comfortable and very nice bathroom with a deep bathtub.Kitchen has a microwave a fridge freezer and there's a TV in living area and in the main bedroom.Nice place it's worth staying here

The location is very convenient. There is a 7-11 just across the street from the hotel. There are also many delicious restaurants nearby, some of which are recommended by Michelin. The key point is that the hotel room is equipped with a kitchenette, a microwave, and all utensils, cutlery, plates, and pots are available. The only drawback is that the counter is not open 24 hours a day, so it may be inconvenient for those who arrive late. No deposit is required, as stated on the booking website Check-out time is 11:00, but we didn't get fined or were notified by phone that we were checking out even though we left at 12:00. This is good, but friends who have any concerns can ask clearly when checking in. I don’t know if it’s because I tip the housekeeping part. It was cleaned during the few days I stayed there, but my friend stayed in another room and it wasn’t cleaned 😂But this is a place I would like to stay again next time

Service is very good from suping(the man with spec) he upgrade us and we are very happy with it. Pillow and blanket very comfy. However just a small feedback hopefully they will do room service and on the lights when it is after 12 in the lobby cause everywhere is pitch dark. But overall good 👍🏻

Beautiful rooms divided into sections. There is a TV each in the living room and bedroom. There is a kitchen corner for cooking. Suitable for long term use, but today I got a second floor room and the noise from the street was quite loud. At night there was a bit of noise.

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in Bangkok. The room is very designed and spacious, and the open-air swimming pool on the top floor is also very beautiful. Also the front desk staff is kind.

We booked this hotel with very high expectations. I think we were a little disappointed overall. Overall, just the aesthetic is nice. Service was mediocre and the gym is too small for the amount of accommodations they have. I am afraid that this hotel doesn’t meet its expectations for how much it cost. On the flip side, the bed was comfortable and the AC is quiet.

A really nice modern apartment style Hotel.The rooms are compact but have most of what you need inside.There's a medium sized fridge and freezer, tea & coffee making facilities, a microwave, and then there's a separate sitting area with a couch a table a small desk and chair and a TVInto the bedroom the beds are very nice and comfortable, and there is also a TV mounted on the wall in the bedroom. The TVs are not connected to any live channels but you can watch Netflix or YouTube or your own movie with a USB.The rooftop pool area has a small pool but quite pleasantly set out and you can get some views over the surrounding area.A comfortable nice little hotel I wouldn't have any problem recommending it

We had an amazing experience at the the Alberti hotelSubin was very welcoming & ensured we had a pleasant stay!The hotel room was just as lovely as their service & friendly staff!They even accommodated us with a room that had the best view in light that we’re honeymooners, which was extremely thoughtful of them!!Would definitely recommend staying here when visiting bangkok!
